Needed to replace a battery in my watch before a wedding that we were leaving for in 4 days, at first they werent able to accommodate, but the kind worker asked a colleague and they were able to do it. I leave it there and receive a call 3 hours later that it was done. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love a nice family owned business that treats their customers with respect. Would recommend to anyone!

I wish I could give Kirles Jewelers more than 5 stars! Everything about this shop is amazing! First of all, it’s owned by a local family that has been in business here for more than 50 years. The grand daughter of the founder is in the process of taking it over from her father (which makes my heart melt). They’re the kindest, most knowledgeable people who just want to make their customers happy. They have the best selection of Lladro and Waterford as well as amazing jewelry from the top brands. They also have incredible one-of-a-kind pieces that you can’t get anywhere else. They hand select every piece in the store!! They can make anything custom that you want also, or repair jewelry that you already have. They have a great selection of engagement rings and wedding bands for both men and women. They replace watch batteries and have a certified watch maker who repairs watches. They also have a great selection of new watches! Everyone who works there is so lovely and helpful. I just can’t say enough kind words about Kirles Jewelers! 10/10 highly recommend!

Beautiful Wedding Rings..

Owner is a long-time Friend. I am in Indy from FL, stopped in to see him. He was not present, but the Staff, not knowing who I was, received my visit as extremely cordial and accommodating as they have treated all persons I know for over 5 decades. You CAN go home again!

Outstanding establishment, helpful in so many ways.

Amazed at how this place stays in business. Staff was incredibly rude. The lady that sits by the front door snapped at me as soon as I came in. The lady that sits behind the wall in the back couldnt tell the difference between a diamond and cz. The only redeeming factor was a young lady off to the left of the store who was actually pleasant and helpful. Will not return

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Kirles Jewelers! From the moment I walked in the door they were so incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially for someone like myself that knew nothing of buying jewelry. They took the time to teach me what I was looking at, what I need to be looking for based on what I said I wanted, and even provided a couple of other avenues to gain more information. During the purchasing process the I was halfway across the country, and even during this time the Kirles team was still in contact with me and working diligently to find the perfect ring for me. I figured with the great customer service that I was receiving from the Kirles team would show up as a higher price on the final bill, but it was actually the opposite. The pricing offered by Kirles for the service and ring itself puts them in a class of their own. And of course, when the ring was finished it was perfect and my fiancé gets compliments on it on a daily basis. Even after I proposed, the Kirles team asked if we would happen to come back in so they could meet my fiancé, and make sure that the ring was the exact thing she wanted. I cannot rave enough about Kirles Jewelers and the team there, they provide an unmatched service and value and I would recommend them to everyone.

Knocked a stone loose on my wedding ring. Im from out of town but my daughter lives here and has been too this jeweler. Great thorough job, other stones were loose, they tightened them also and cleaned plus looks like they polished my ring. Great job! Plus did this for me in less then an hour!! Thank you Kirkles

I have recently repaired my Rolex watch (started to loose time and stop accidentally) with Kirles Jewelers, and deeply satisfied with the quality of their work and customer service. I stayed in LA only for a limited time and could not wait 2-3 weeks for the watch. The Kirles Jewelers, guys did the repair in 4 days, working even on weekend during Christmas holidays! The watch looks like new and runs smoothly!

The staff and co-owner, Pete, were so warm and friendly! They took care of my husbands watch while I waited then identified a problem with the setting of my great-grandmothers wedding ring that could have caused the stone to fall out...saved me the heartache of losing an irreplaceable family heirloom. I will be going back to Kirles for all our jewelry needs.
