I have had to go to the VA Regional office in the Federal Building 3 times this year. Each time has been pleasant. Security personnel are no joke, but too me, are Very personable. Thank you Mr. Bob or Bill? The Gentleman that takes care of the people that have to do business in the VA office. He IS Great at making the process easy and has such a warm spirit! I have enjoyed talking with him every time! The 1st time I went, my Dad was with me. When we left the office and got downstairs I noticed that Dad did not have his hat; it was very cold that day. Mr. Bill or Bob, I cannot remember which is the correct name, but he helped me look for Dads hat. When we could not find it, he brought down my Dad a new hat! He is such a WONDERFUL asset to that office! Thank You for Your service Mr. Bill or Bob! Not just at the VA Office, but Your Military service as well. So sorry I do not remember your correct name. I feel horrible about that!😔 Thank you to the security guards.

Corruption at one of the highest levels! Its a disgrace how veterans are being treated. This review is directed towards the Indianapolis Fiduciary Hub. I have proof of negligence from Kimberly Martindale (Assistant Director)and Marguerite Paswater (Congressional Liaison). Also aside from negligence, intentional cover up of liability associated with negligence. I can write a book on my experience with IFH and company. They refuse to conduct a misuse of veterans benefits even with the evidence I supplied. I sent so much documents to the case file, IFH sent me a letter requesting I stop sending anymore. I have personally lost tens of thousands of dollars due to the negligence of IFH appointed Fiduciary. Ive contacted two Office of Inspector General( Chicago and Pittsburgh, spoken with and emailed multiple special agents. It was even recommended by one of the special agent, that I should seek legal counsel because the case file has very suspicious activity. Ive contacted multiple State representatives, Senators, and Congressman on State and Federal levels to no avail. The only group of individuals that truly tried to help were most of the call handlers. I called so many times I can probably name everyone in the department. The only conclusion I can draw from this experience is, there is no accountability for their actions and they know it. The individual appointed Fiduciary manages multiple veterans accounts so I can only assume they are in the same boat as well. If this is how veterans are treated I feel sorry for the rest of society.
