They suck...the staff is basically adult toddlers (especially the miss goodie 2 shoes cat lady lol) stuck in the 90s, with severe social and personality Disorders because they have been stuck on the phones forever. No people skills. All they know is that 1980s outdated computer system that needed to be replaced a decade ago. Staff is ALL women... Occasionally theyll hire a man to abuse because all of them are basically man haters. They have been there for AGES and they seem to be miserable people from my observations. And if you work there they will be hell bent on making you miserable as well just like they do each other. Fast forward all these years later I am a president of my own company, just reflecting...i wonder if the little girls ever grew up... Im seriously surprised theyre still open... I would have thought they would have closed years ago. I see them as more fit to bruise you and your business not to Polish it Because its a dead end job and the staff knows it... and they are not happy... Especially if the same old heads and Carol is still there. Im looking to hire a answering service for my company and having inside knowledge I know to pass this one by. Be careful how you treat employees..you never know who they might become later in life... A potential customer whose business you will not get.

I was in the process of initiating an account when I overheard a CSR being rude and disrespectful to a customer on the phone. Then when talking to a few CSR I was informed that there were two sex offenders, working for Signius. After doing some research I ascertained that both were sexually violent predators and both convicted of child molestation. Really. And the same guy I had overheard being disrespectful had been convicted of molesting an underage girl? Really???!!! After conversing with the manager, I ascertained that it was customary to hire theses type of people. Really???!!#. I immediately left and found another answering service.
