Quick, professional, extremely nice and patient and I got my advance within an hour of filing! They are by far the best tax service I have ever used and will continue to go to them as long as I can. Couldnt ask for a better experience. They are patient, understanding, and helped me get as much back as possible. They gave my kids toys while they were in there. They aren’t forthcoming about when your refund will come. Don’t try to get a early refund loan from them. They’ll just string you along about when the loan will come in or if you even qualify. Tried doing and amendment with them for 2016 due to my college student being in school. I had all the paperwork but somehow they didn’t send it to the IRS, I’m still waiting on that refund presently.

Can y’all take my phone number off of the forms y’all give to your customers. Tired of getting phone calls every tax season from people asking for their status. Also who become belligerent after I tell them they have the wrong number.
