I bought an industrial sewing machine from an auction and needed a tune up as well as a bobbin case and bobbin. Indianapolis Sewing Machine Co did an amazing job on it. They got it working, did it in a very reasonable time frame, and was super friendly. Its hard finding sewing machine repair places so Im glad I found them. I will go back for sure! There prices are very reasonable too.

The owner is amazing! Not only did he allow me to demo a newer model of the machine I initially wanted & showed me how to use it. He came & set the machine up for me! Im over the moon with my Juki!

Dropped off unit purchased from this store for repair, told 3-5 days to evaluate and notify me of problems. 50 days later and 5 phone calls with every call getting worse in terms of professionalism and ability to simply talk and answer questions, I decided to pick it up. asked if i could schedule a time for them to look at it as the drop off method wasnt effective. good luck with that was the response. if you have 6-12 months for repair work and low expectations for customer service this is the place for you! couldnt get them to open the door or put my unit on a cart.

When I dropped off machine, I had to ring a bell by the register. Gave my info, my machine and lady was very courteous. When I picked up, had to ring bell again, and same thing. Lady came out, found my machine, we chatted and off I went with my over 20yo repaired machine. The office is located at the very end, west. Thank you!

I bought my industrial Juki 8700-7 from this wonderful place run by man and wife! They are wonderful! I really appreciate that after a year 1/2 I want my machine serviced, it was a long way to Martinsville from their shop, service call to my home was very reasonable, professional, if you are a professional, beginner or advanced sewist, industrial machine is the way to go, very easy to use and maintain, customer service is great. They have been so busy, I’m so grateful they were able to work me in. Thank you all so much!!

The people that run the store are husband and wife. They are exceptional people, who have helped me fix machines, sell me new machines, and supplies and in an emergency let me borrow a piece off of another one of their machines until a new piece could be ordered. They are great customer service. The business services sewing machines and sergers. They also sell industrial machines. Ed and Jean are the best, thank you. I highly recommend.

Oh my word!! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with how well this man got my 40 yr old sewing machine in such good working order again. It had not been professionally cleaned since I bought it. It was getting to the place that it was making such awful noises so I knew I was gonna have to do something about it. I didnt want to buy a new one, I wanted to keep my old machine that I was familiar with. I got online and found several places here in Indianapolis and read reviews of all. Found out that this place was a small family business and Im all for helping small businesses trying to make a honest living. And honest these people are. And I might add that the price is so reasonable. How nice they are and were kind enough to carry my machine into the store and carried it back out to my car for me when I came to pick it up. I just tried my machine out today and it works like a brand new one. Inside so impressed with the service and I wanted everyone to know about this wonderful store. You wont be disappointed. I truly cannot brag about Ed enough. Not only is he exceptionally good at his craft, he is always kind enough to answer all my silly questions as I have a love for vintage sewing machines. Recently, he was able to provide a same-day turn-around on bringing a Singer 201 I had bought from an estate sale back to life. Very reasonable rates as well!

I moved back to Indy with a few industrial sewing machines purchased elsewhere and Ed always took the time to answer all my questions and provide solutions to any problems I had. I also like that they have ability to do on-site service. Love that this is a local family business that I can support.

Ed was super helpful! I sent in my old Pfaff machine after being obsolete for nearly 25 years and he had it running like brand new. The staff was friendly, informative, and I would highly recommend them!

Unsuccessful, they dont carry much in the way of home machines.
