Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. We had Mr. Rooter come out to take a look at a sewer line clog. Weve had this done several times over the last 8 years with different companies and have always had rough experiences.This was our first time trying Mr. Rooter. Our technician was Randy and he was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, treated us kindly, and was completely honest about everything. He took great care to keep our house and bathroom looking nice. He explained some different options and even was willing to offer some thoughts.Ultimately, we had to install an entry point to our sewer line outside in order to clear the clog and see the line. They worked quickly yet took great care to do everything right. I havent encountered many service professionals that were as thoughtful or detail oriented as Randy. For the installation of the entry point and line clear, he had another tech with him named Cory who was equally good at his job.Everything was quick, well communicated, high quality, and very fairly priced.After having so many negative experiences in the past for sewer line clogs, I couldnt believe what a great experience we had with Mr. Rooter. We are especially grateful for Randy and enjoyed working with him.

We previously had an awful experience with a different plumbing company. Mr. Rooter plumbing thank goodness was such a breath of fresh air. Our hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had technicians out here by noon. I especially loved that they sent a picture of who to expect once they’re on their way. They were extremely professional and patient. Unfortunately our 11 year old water heater was shot and they explained my options to me and what they would recommend based on risks/pricing. We opted for a new water heater and they got it installed the same day. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service!

Had our toilet overflow and I went into the crawlspace to see how much water made it thru the subfloor. While under there I found an abandoned pipe that had been previously clamped and soldered had failed. (Previous to us buying our house.) It was spraying water for who knows how long. So the toilet overflow was a blessing in disguise or I never would have detected the leak. Called Mr.Rooter and they sent out technician Danny Bridgeman. He was able to repair the leak (the right way) in less than an hour! Super friendly, knowledgeable, practiced covid safety measures and professional. Even gave a recommendation for a remediation company for the toilet overflow damage. Excellent company! Will definitely be my plumbing go to from here on out!

I had some issues with my sump pump discharge pipe in the back yard. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional. After using a camera to examine the underground pipe, we decided to replace a broken section. The work was high quality and done very quickly. Would definitely call them again.

Mr. Rooter installed a cleanout in the main sewer line of our 65-year-old house and identified and fixed a broken clay tile pipe between the house and the city sewer. The team used shovels as well as an excavator to minimize the mess associated with the holes that had to be dug in the yard. Mr. Rooter charged less money for the whole project than the “Big Name” competition quoted for the cleanout installation alone. But the best part about this experience was our interaction with the personable, conscientious guys, who exhibited remarkable teamwork and seemed to enjoy their work. We would definitely use them again!

My sump pump failed at 4:30 am. I called like 5 companies that claim 24 hour plumbing and none of them could get to me. I finally got to Mr. Rooter on the list around 7:00 and the owner was at my house my 7:30/8:00. He put in a temporary sump pump and also dried my basement because he also owns a restoration company called Damage Doctors. This was a huuuuge help to have one person to deal with both issues. Less than a week later they sent a plumber to out a new sump pump in. He was very professional and they were reasonably priced. Through the sister company they dried the basement and coordinated all the carpeting replacement and painting. Since I have a full home gym, they sent someone from Damage Doctors to help me disassemble all my equipment and move it. After the carpet was installed they came back to help me put my gym back together. Everything went super smooth.

My experience with this company was that they overcharged me by showing a price of $656 for a basic clog but reduced it to $350 Christmas Eve. I was told the price included a mainline inspection and they never appeared for the appointment. When I called John the lead person, he was rude and set a different appointment that he did not keep. It is now four days later with no call. I will not continue to do business with this company.

Chris the plumber show up right on time as I was told. He gave me options on what could be the problem and pricing. Unfortunately it was a large price but my brother said what was wrong was expensive to fix. Chris fixed the toilet in an hour once he had the parts. Great service.

Extremely prompt, honest, very much know what they are supposed to do & do it in a very timely manner. Competitive to discounted pricing. We had 2 shower issues [drain & water source]; 1 sink issue [laundry room]; an outside of house issue & misc related issues. We were referred to them by our insurance company. Response time was next day but we delayed a day for our scheduling. Aaron was more than super. Randy was Aarons assistant. NO problem w highly recommending them. Note: we paid them directly via CC & their charges were under the insurance deductible

They came right away once things were worked out, but the subcontracted leak detection company did not find leak after two searches and left plumbing company to figure it out. Three places were drilled into our slab instead of one. This caused charges for moving the water heater and furnace which did not need to be moved. No protection provided to keep concrete dust off of furniture and belongings and we breathed it in each time. A small hole was made in the utility closet wall to look for the leak that was not repaired. Our bathroom sink/vanity was removed to fix the leak, which ended up being in the bathroom. The sink was left in our unused bedroom and has not been replaced. The furnace was put back but it is not running the way it was before it was moved.

Nothing but Praise for Randy and Mr. Rooter on an emergency. We were fixing an issue in a home were selling in Indianapolis, and found ourselves in a situation where we had to shut off the main water to the house. With two families staying at the home to do work, it was crucial to have water. Though it was late afternoon on a Labor Day weekend, Mr. Rooter found Randy to do the job. He worked for MANY hours and solved the issues - and there were some pretty substantial - working into the late evening on a holiday weekend. Randys attitude was wonderful, his work ethic was excellent, and the cost, we felt, was fair. Mr. Rooter charged by the job - not by the hour - so when Randy asked, Do you want me to use copper? (vs. another material that would have taken less time for him), he recommended the copper...We dont live in Indy, but we can say it was one of the BEST plumber experiences we have ever had. He quoted us 5k for the job, got two other companies after that and we were quoted $2500. That is a HUGE difference in price. The charge for the work was very high and be because it was Saturday there was an additional $89 charge. Other companies sdvertise $93 to unclog a sink 24/7.

Mr. Rooter has been fantastic. We used them several years ago to install a new water heater. Weve used them to service our hot water heater as well. Unfortunately weve had to get another new water heater with the addition of a softener. They have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. We heard running water in our crawl space on Saturday night around midnight - we called Mr. Rooter and they had Aaron and Craig, the president, at our home before 8 am Sunday morning. They were thorough in investigating the issue and quickly determined the solution. They answered all of my questions in great detail and layman’s terms. Aaron also presented the cost before starting any work so there was complete transparency. We agreed to move ahead with the work, Aaron went back to get parts, and returned quickly. We had a plumbing emergency recently on a Saturday. I got online to find a plumber who was open, and happened to call Mr. Rooter. I am so glad I did! I spoke with Taylor, who after hearing what the problem was, moved us up to the front of the line and sent someone out to help us. We needed a sewage ejector pump, and had to wait til Sunday morning for it. But Mike came out and made sure we would be ok til then. I can’t remember the name of the tech on Sunday, but he did a great job as well, and cleaned up everything.What was a crisis situation ended up to not be so bad. We were pleased with the service and repair we got from everyone we dealt with at Mr. Rooter. I strongly feel that if I’d called anyone else, I wouldn’t have the same glowing review to write. These guys are fantastic! I hope we don’t have any plumbing issues or emergencies in the foreseeable future, but these guys have our business, for sure.

These guys are great! As professional real estate buyers and sellers, we are constantly battling clogged pipes from misuse, disrepair, neglect, age, and tenants flushing who knows what (babywipes!!!, plastic baggies, toys, etc.) down sinks and toilets. They have come out to at least 4 of our properties and estimated at no cost, shared insight, and provided services such as unclogging lines, scoping lines, and hydro cleaning.
