Every company needs guys on dock like Jim and Rick, they make sure every driver gets loaded or unloaded promptly. I look forward to delivery or pickup every time.

I pickup a backhaul in Indianapolis Monday thru Friday just wish it was at Sumco 5 days a week.

2 trucks ahead of me and still loaded in under 2 hrs! Great company with friendly staff that treat drivers as a part of their team and not as their enemy like a lot of other places do! Will pick up our here anytime!

I worked there for a few years and found it to be a good place. The owners are engaged and willing to speak with you if you need them. Facility was clean and fairly organized. Sales reps seemed to care as well. Everyone seemed really nice, busy but nice.

Unloading time fine but having dealt with this company twice this year and both times the unloaders were rude and unpleasant gives them one star. Best described as miserable employees who wished they didnt work there and were never taught a bit of etiquette on how to treat another human being especially in a professional setting. Management, shipping and receiving is a portion of how you are seen as a business, please train employees on how to better represent your company.

I delivered a pallet with a coil on it ..want to get rid of the nails on the wall and... I was told to leave that I should clean it somewhere else ..Is your trash from your load Duhh!
