I did not know Jack Kirkland when I hired him, but I know him now and will hire him again whenever my piano needs another tune-up. For many years, Jack has maintained and tuned all the pianos for the Indianapolis Public School system, so he knows what he is doing. He was prompt, clear, and meticulous with his tuning. It was awesome to watch him. His stories, which I requested, and pianist skills, which were a bonus element of the tuning process, only added to his great service.

Jack did a marvelous job tuning the old piano I just got. It was extremely out of tune and had lots of sticky keys when I got it and now it plays as beautifully as I could imagine it playing. Price was very reasonable for all the hard work he did on it. Very talented and skilled individual. I will continue to use Jack for any piano tuning I need in the near future and will highly recommend to others.
