We adopted our daughters first dog from here. We went to an adoption event at a local bank, met our dog and left with her that day. We signed an agreement to bring her for shots and spaying, which is all included in the adoption fee. It was a great experience, and my girls love their dog!

Great works that they’re doing, but terrible customer service. I didn’t know their location was not open for the public. I called to ask for their address, but the lady on phone was kind of rude and unprofessional. She sounded mad that I asked.

Recently adopted our dog from this rescue. They were very helpful, recommending a dog that would fit in with our current pet and family lifestyle. We just love him! Price was fair as they had him neutered, vet exam, his shots, etc... If you can provide a fur-ever home please give Tails & Trail Rescue a try. I think they also have fostering programs.

I was looking into adopting through this place. After seeing some very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary emails from a friends experience Im thinking again. She asked for a number for a supervisor and the woman, Penni, replied Id be glad to give you her number! Shes the one who told me to deny you. Wow! How unprofessional and childish can you be? Do you have any concern for your business and finding homes for your animals? After reading reviews it looks like this isnt the first time. It might be time to do a little house cleaning at Tails and Trails Rescue. This review probably wont help, I saw an unprofessional reply to a prospective customer on here. There are ways to communicate with people without insulting them, Im sure the same person who replies to emails replies to reviews too. So, good luck!

I was in the market for a new pup .. my friend kindly told me about this shelter I thought nothing more of it. Talking among other friends, one told me that they were rude and not professional at. I never new of a shelter to be rude when a nice person just wanted to adopt .. I will say I won’t go thru these people ever ! My friend was denied because she asked for her references to be called and the lady who helped her, name was Penni. Point of the story is Penni needs to find a new job. I’m keeping it clean on here, but Penni isn’t professional and isn’t doing her job. I never knew of a place to treat their customers the way Penni did. I have since found a better shelter to adopt from. Don’t go here. Anyone. Poor service and poor professionalism on Behalf of this shelter. I thought it would have been a great place to adopt from since it was so close to home. But I was way wrong.

Currently working as a foster parent for a very sweet dog. The only problem is I think we may adopt him ourselves. There are a lot of people who are very devoted to this cause, and want the best for all animals. Check them out!

Had to surrender my dog because I had a terminal illness and I was handed the phone and told by one of the co-owners who quickly informed me that Google doesnt know what they are talking about they dont handle surrenders even though their own site says they do. Long story short, I was told to beat it without any suggestions for another place. If they treat your dog like they treated me you definitely dont want to leave a dog there.

We got our Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix puppy from here and they are an amazing group of people. You can tell Moe and all of the staff here truly care about their animals in every aspect of their job; from animal care to adoption, they are thorough on everything with their animals! While the price was a bit high ($325), you need to remember that they are taking care of all spaying/neutering and all puppy shots. Thanks Tails & Trails!

They are not very professional on how they handle their business. i contacted them about a puppy i was interested in and was informed the puppy appears to be too young to be adopted so they are putting her on hold for 2-3 weeks. however i went and contacted them 1 week later to see how much the adoption fee will be when she is available to be informed shes been adopted. it is really unprofessional to give one information out but then go & do something else.

I recently put in an application for a dog and was told my application was pending after my references did their part. I waited almost a week before hearing back from someone. They didn’t initiate contact. I followed up in regards to the dog to find out if he was still available or adopted. The reply to my email was just “adopted”. Just rude and unprofessional. I feel if you have people trying to adopt a pet it should be brought to their attention that the pet has been adopted versus having them waiting to only find out the pet is gone. The professionalism in which the email was wrote “adopted” and nothing else is just awful and rude. I would think as a brand in which you want people to come to you guys that you would at least put some type of effort into a email and let the person know PROFESSIONALLY that the animal is gone. I will not waste my time again with trying to adopt from such unprofessional people

It gives you a false address and had no location. Whats the use saying you can adopt when you have no building and say not open to public. So who adopts if not the public.

When inquiring about a puppy up for adoption I received some of the worst customer service. I was treated as though I was bothersome. When I politely asked that my references be contacted via phone I was met with anger at my request.
