For a company that works with people with disabilities it is unfortunate that I had to fight for my rights under the ADA to pick up my brace. Normally I have no problems and get great service but my last time I had to stand up for my rights to get service. I would give 5 stars because I have had so many good experiences here but because I had to bring up the ADA and was initially denied service here are two.

I set up an appointment in November for braces because mine broke and when I got to the appointment I was told I would need a prescription, so I come back the next week with a prescription and told my braces should be ready in a week or two. So I call 2 weeks later and am told they need a detailed prescription and clinical notes from my dr. Sothey never called an told me this . They probably never would of called me to let me know my dr did not respond to their fax. So I give them the correct number and call back the next week to get an update and they let me know I to see my dr for my insurance to approve it. After my appointment I call a couple days after and theyre waiting for clinical notes. I then call Dr who said they sent yesterday. So finally, like January 6 theyre ready. It shouldnt about 2 months to get braces. I have gotten my previous braces from prevail in Anderson and Muncie and theyre great. I would give this location 0 stars.
