A simple request turns into into a negative interaction. I called to request a date of service be resubmitted to my current insurance carrier. When speaking to Robin (who stated shes the only employee/manager) was hesitant on filing my claim and insisting payment. The only SLIGHTLY positive outcome was that I was able to pay a couple bills from late 2019 and early 2020 when I didnt have insurance. I really hope the call gets reviewed for training purposes so that no one else gets the same unprofessional service as I did.
