I took my exact same project/files from FedEX office to PIP. Never have I been more disappointed. They have had to rerun my project due to mistakes twice AND they are still making mistakes. Now telling me (a week later and on the third attempt) that they can not complete the job correctly (fedEX used the same file and had no issue completing the job as needed). To top it off the receptionists talk over you. From terrible customer service to incompetent skill and lazy work ethic- this place is a NO GO.
