It is always a pleasure working with Fuel Merchandise Group for our promotional items. They do a fantastic job, provide quality products and deliver in a timely manner. Fuel has taken the time to get to know our organization and our audience to meet our product needs and provides excellent customer service. We have been a long standing customer and look forward to our continued work together.
Working with Fuel Merchandise was an excellent experience. I definitely fall into the picky category with what I want and Dean was a fantastic person helping hold my hand through the whole purchase experience. HIGHLY recommend if youre considering a merchandise group for your company.
Fuel Merchandise is our go-to company for product needs. Not only because they provide great products, but as importantly their attention to detail, outstanding communication from start to finish, and genuine interest in their customers sets them apart. Our experience with Fuel has been top-notch and we look forward to building a long-lasting relationship with them.
High quality products at an affordable price! Fuel Merchandise is a great company to contact if youre looking for branded merchandise. Plus, I love how willing Dean, the owner, is to work with new clients, and I love the relationship that Dean develops with those same clients.
Our company always has great experiences with Fuel, time after time. Quick, easy process and their customer service is top notch!
I interviewed for a position with this company. The process was definitely a bit unorthodoxed. I almost feel as if this company does not really want to move forward and exist with real employees ... I believe this company truly wants to keep this business operating as a one man show ( plus a lady).I do not think the interview process should feel like an invasion of privacy or an interrogation session at the local police department.Never in my life have I experienced numerous online assessments to pass and then 2 hour phone interviews and then 2 hour face to face interviews (when it should have been just an hour) ... And then multiple calls in between for various discussions on job descriptions and feelings and opinions and brainstorming and editingsessions and more time consumption to visit face to face again for a while to discuss salary options and our next moves ...Oh mind you not once had I officially been offered any position as of yet ... well lets keep moving forward. All the while I am turning down real job offers that have job descriptions and compensation plans and other employees in place. It is that feeling of spinning your wheels. I feel a bit taken advantage of (at minimum) and in a huge way ... I feel very violated.Moral of this story:Stay away ... I personally feel as if you can work for any other sales driven company and would endure a lot less on the front end ...I do not believe that anyone should feel stressed and concerned due to the boot camp style (It is plain old scrutiny in my opinion) interviewing/moving forward process this company has implemented.I would find it almost impossible with my personal experience to recommend this company to others for business purposes or otherwise.
