I paid $133 dollars to have someone do snow removal from my driveway and walk way TODAY. It is 8:30pm and I have not received ANY services. They took my money instantly but then when I asked about turn around time I was told 8 hrs!! If I am charged for a service I at least expect to get it same day!! I don’t want to cancel now because I don’t want to deal with it taking 3-5 business days to get my refund and still have to pay to get snow shoveled. SMH I am so disappointed. While waiting to get serviced by them I had 2 local people knock on my door offering snow removal (because they see it’s needed and I’m the only one in my Cul-de-sac that still has snow in the drive way) for a way cheaper price!!

The first time they showed up and didn’t communicate to us why they didn’t cut our grass. We found out later they measured the ditch in our yard that catches water that we never asked them to cut and said they couldn’t do it because it was too long. The second time no one showed up. So here we sit with grass that is 2 feet long and no one to cut it. For the second time.Update: the account is under my husband. I e-mailed you.
