Looking for a battery for my garage door opener end up talking and sharing pictures about living off the grid that was awesome friendly people work

Brought multiple batteries today. They had every size I wanted. Less expensive than the drugstore and the big Box stores.

Always knowledgeable about various products. I purchase and left.

Batteries Plus Bulbs did a great job replacing a watch battery for me today. Done in a few minutes by a knowledgeable tech with friendly service. While there I found out they have key fobs for most cars, sounds like my next visit is closer than I thought.

Was great customer service, friendly and also fast but ii took my phone up there yesterday to get the battery replaced and hours after getting it replaced my phone died ii put it on the charger and it would say its charging but it still wouldnt come on so this morning ii go to check on it and it was on but on 1% so ii go to type my password in and proceed to the setting to turn the Wi-Fi on and it died ... Whats wrong ?

Purchased a SLI96R Duracell Ultra battery for my car and scheduled to have it installed (for free!).Since the battery is a Duracell (trustworthy brand), I have seen good reviews on this particular model, and it was $100 less than what a local franchise mechanic was charging (which isnt including the additional $65 labor charge), I am very pleased with this purchase. As for the installation, they had my old battery out and the new one in less than 15 minutes I told them my name. Oh, and did I mention it was free?

Zac Was excellent. I called before I came. He was courteous, cheerful and helpful on the phone. Did not try to oversell me but instead pointed out the advantage to getting a battery with a higher cranking power. When my wife brought the car in, she states that Zac was courteous, professional, and competent. I appreciate that he accepted old lead acid batteries and several lithium and nickel batteries that we had without charge and offered to recycle them.

Zach was super friendly and awesome and fixed my completely wrecked screen (that I thought was broken beyond repair) in about an hour! Totally worth every penny.

95% of the time they have had the batteries I needed in stock and installed when applicable. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall good fix but after battery replacement, back cover is slightly opened and has zero water resistance so thats a bummer, and its water resistant certified.

Everything was fine with the service and the customer service. I got an email for $10 off for booking the battery replacement service but it didnt take it off the bill. I am not sure why it didnt reduce the cost.

When I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked, my friend recommended Batteries Plus for repair. I made the appointment online and was very impressed with the bright and clean store. The employee served me while behind a plastic barrier. My screen was repaired when expected, and I also bought a new Otter box case. Since I made the appointment online, I saved $10. My other option had been to go to the Apple store quite a distance away and I would have paid much more and probably experienced a crowd. I am 80 years old and this was my first time to visit an actual store since early March. I was impressed with Batteries Plus and would highly recommend their services.

They are always helpful, and for the most part have always had whatever I needed: various kind of batteries, bulbs, key fobs, chargers, etc. They are my first “go to” store.

This is honestly the best service I have had in an age. It was a great price (changing an iPhone battery) and very quick. The big difference was the people who were polite, kind and engaging. I would thoroughly recommend them and I will certainly go back in the future.

Lance and Zack did a great job in answering my questions but also repairing my broken 4S screen even though I was strongly encouraged by another place to not go there. I was told this by a company in Broad Ripple but Lance stayed after the store closed to keep working on my phone and everything is working fantastic and the new screen is beautiful. It saved me from having to buy a new phone! I was so nervous but they proved themselves against another company! I am very grateful and blessed for their help and savings!!

My dealership has been recommending a new battery for my car so of course I went to Batteries +. I ordered it online (20% off special!) and about 90 minutes later was notified that it was ready for me to come in for installation. While there, I also had them change out my wiper blades. Flawless execution. Ordered the car battery online for a 10% discount with store pick up, and received a phone call 15 minutes later that the battery was ready for pick up. The battery itself (Duracell) was a perfect match for the original manufacturers spec. The car that had been sitting idle for ~6 months fired right up and was good to go. This place is a little hard to get to if you are going south (you have to turn around at Georgetown Road then come back). The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can literally walk in knowing that you need a lightbulb but not have one on you and they will figure out what you are talking about and give you a couple of options of buy. I have gone here for batteries as well, small and large (I got one for my motorcycle) and they always have deals. Super simple, super helpful, what more do you want??

Good customer service goes a long way in my book. And, Zack delivered! I needed a new key for my car so I contacted the store via phone, at approx. 09:03 a.m. The gentleman answered the line promptly. He was polite and he listened to my situation. Into action this went. He researched his stock, ensuring that the merchandise was on hand and gave me prices. He even suggested that I keep the physical key close to the fob to make certain that the vehicle would recognize the chip inside. When I arrived at the store, I found out that this man was in the store, alone. Multitasking at its best was being showcased. Zack was handling customers, answering phonecalls and running keycutting machinery, simultaneously. Im very grateful for the youngs level of focus I was able to complete the entire transaction in about 30 mins. I was able to arrive to work on time. Thanks Zack!

I went there to have my iPhone screen repaired. Even while my screen was cracked, the calibration still worked perfectly. they offered me a new battery as well. I said yes at first. While he was replacing my screen and battery, he brought my phone out and said it wasnt going to close all the way and will have a gap at the seem because the battery didnt fit right. He tried to finalize the transaction before I stopped him. This place was perfectly ok with selling me a battery they knew wouldnt fit my phone. As I said, my touch screen work fine before I took it here. Now I press on my screen and it takes me someone completely different, my keyboard doesnt work half the time, and apps open on their own. I called them about this and they said they had nothing to do with it and cant fix it. They only care about the sales. Not the customer. Crooks.

They can answer or fix all my problems so far-i love it. one stop shopping and repairs.

Man in the store was gracious even though it was the last hour of the day and he was alone; a customer before me w/cell phone issue; i needed a car battery; 3 more people walked in. your store is understaffed. profit is one thing but turning customers off by waiting 30 min or more is another. this guy did a great job of staying cool and helping as he did task by task.

This fella talked me into purchasing six led bulbs for 2.00 USD. Try going there they might give you the same deal. Which I might say is a great deal

I went there to see if they could fix my husbands cellphone. They only fix IPhones and Galaxies. Clerk said best thing to do is get a new phone. I went to another place and they fixed it.

High Prices, good products, but by experiences with Battery Plus is if you dont haved your receipt or a warranty, you dont get any satisfaction. The ppl in there think they know every answer to every battery need before you ask it, and when they dont, instead of saying they dont know, they lied.

Wonderful experience. Car battery was totally bad and Zach took it out, installed it along with a corrosion resistance package. He was very personable, knowledgeable, he made me feel that my car needs were the most important. One rarely finds that type of service! Plus, they have a huge variety of merchandise. The battery purchase (RBC7) was for a UPS that required 2 batteries. I was charged a $10 service charge to properly tie the batteries together only to be told that I needed to be careful in transporting the batteries as they were not taped together. Also the terminal covers were held in place with the previous adhesive that should have been replaced. Very poor customer service to say the least. To make matters worse, research showed that the batteries could have been purchased for less than half of what I paid for them at Batteries+. I will more than likely not be a return customer.

Walked in with my current phone and it was all busted up and shattered there was a glass falling out of it and they replace the screen in less than five hours they said it would take about five hours it was done in two in amazing place definitely would recommend and will continue going there for my phone issues

I needed a new fob, a trip thru the washing machine was terminal. The dealership where I purchased the car wanted a rediculus price. I went to BP and talked with Lane. In a very short time Lane provided me with a new fob at half the price. Friendly and professional service.
