Sophomoric at best business practices - couldnt seem to find the adult in the room (ie: a manager). Antiquated platform technologically combined with arcane processes - not comforting. Couldnt pay them (extra) to have them help us the way we wanted to be served - unbelievable. We are out!

Found the design protocol very difficult to work with. There were no conference calls, meetings, phone calls, all communications done through a support ticket system. Process took much longer than anticipated.
