I was in there for a month and it was pretty good all you have to do is be good and you will be out in no time

I teach / volunteer my art class at the bureau!! at the children’s bureau kids go to get placement in homes, it’s the in between spot before the new home. Sometimes emotions can run high, so I like to help calm things down with some artistic creativity and positive energy. I love it there and love the kids. Thanks for reading!!

I’ve been at the Courage Center for a year and a half now and loved every minute of it. The staff who work here are amazingly resilient and give all their efforts to the kids who come here.

Great place for kids in need of placement with a highly supportive staff! They truly care about the long term well being of these kids.

The LCSW, LMHCA, FCM and the nursing staff are incredible for the kids as well as the teaching specialists. While I worked there, I saw so many children discharge from Courage and will come around to say hello, and express how much the center impacted them in a positive way. Courage will always have its door open to help a child in need.

There is nasty food. there are a lot of fights. we dont have an hour of playtime everyday. we dont have carpets for the boys but the girls does.

I think the place is not for kids because the staff say things they are not suppose to say. there are alot of fights their and their food is so nasty dont come thank you.

Courage Center is an amazing place to work! The staff are passionate and work hard for the kids they serve!

I applied online for my son awhile back... called almost 2 months later to see where he was on waiting list and the lady in office tells me i HAVE to do a tour before he even goes on the list... really?? now its been another month or so again I call and they cant give me an estimate of how long its even going to be and that there are other kids that get priority... the people i have dealt with there have been rude and rush to get off phone
