Awesome job! My car was broken into the day prior. They came out the same day that I called and charged a fraction of what the dealership tried to charge me. Very efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very fast, professional and friendly. Came to my job and replaced the windshield, it took them 32 minutes exactly from the time they called to say they were on-site to the time they left. Very reasonable and great to do business with! Thank you B&G!

I scheduled a appointment for Tuesday, it was raining so the office lady called and asked if I had a place to put the car inside, I explained it would be the next day before i could get it inside. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday no call no show, when i called back to inquire why there had been no windshield installed she informed me she assumed it had been taken care of. On to the next week Monday they show up like nothing happened, no apologie, no answer, same high price, the technicians do good work but the owner and office personnel are about as poor as you can get. Extremely unprofessional, never again.

I was recommended to this place but Ray skillman service (whose been nothing but great to me). They came out and replaced my windshield at my house and when I got home I had concerns with the windshield install as it wasnt flush with the roof a well the rubber wasnt flat nor was the glue even. I took pictures and texted the tech that did the work voiced my concern. He said it will be normal after a little while in the sun and okayd me to get my windshield tinted(I have it playd by a doctor) so I trusted their word and went and got it done. A couple days after that all the windshield issues still existed so I called the company and sent her the pictures to show to the owner Gene - they said it was a bad windshield and they would replace it... 6 weeks later(apparently the windshield was on back order yet 4 other shops had them in stock) they say they gave it but tell me they wont pay for my windshield to be tinted(I sent them the screen shots of the full convo with their tech). They come out to replace the windshield and I get home and they didnt even replace it, they tried to change some stuff and pull a quick one(fortunately I have cameras in my garage) and so I called Gene and he asked if I was happy and I said no, he didnt replace the windshield - he then lied to me and told me he did and when I told him I had video evidence he said that it didnt need replaced and they used a heat gun and fixed it all - the windshield looks no different(which is funny because they said the windshield was bad 6-7 weeks prior). Gene then proceeded to cuss me out and threaten my job(even though I no longer worked where he thought) when I told him I wanted a full refund plus the tint cost if they werent going to make it right. Id never recommend doing business with this company or dealing with the owner on any level, terrible response time, terrible service, rude, not professional and doesnt back his work.
