I had originally planned on giving this a 5 star rating because the office staff were really great to work with, Courtney was very easy to deal with. However, when the crew came back to break down the tent, they decided to throw rooster tails in my field and think I wouldn’t notice. This is a secondary field that’s not even connected to the field our event was in, which means they purposely had to drive in there to act like idiots. I wouldn’t use them again solely based off the unprofessional acts of their set up and tear down crew. Otherwise, office staff was great.

Brant and his team went above and beyond to help make my daughter’s graduation party a success. He personally came to my home to ensure things were in order. I highly recommend Ace Party Rental. Excellent customer service. They exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely would not change one single thing about our wedding. ACE Party Rentals accomodated any and all changes and delivered more and more awesome than expected. Will always rent from them in the future.

Everything went smoothly for the most part, something was forgotten and one of the managers hand delivered to my house before my party, so I couldnt have asked for a better resolution to the issue. Customer Service was great for my experience.

I can’t share my experience with actually renting equipment here but this morning, two young guys that work here stopped in the middle of Zionsville road to help me with a piece of furniture that flew off my truck. They strapped it back on for me and helped out a frantic mom! I can only imagine that the customer service at Ace Part Rental is exemplary with these types of employees so willing to take their own time to help out a random person. Thank you guys!!

The customer service here is incredible! Very responsive to any questions, never got put on hold. They let me know exactly what had to be done for what i was renting. Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be renting from them again!

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, our youth serving organization understood that deliveries would be delayed. However, our day campers needed a safe space and being outside was a must. Last minute online vendor order cancellations put us in a bind, and a desperate end of the day email to Ace Party Rental was our answer! Not only did they have 6 foot tables but their prices were $100-$130 cheaper than the other quotes I received that evening from competitors. If that wasnt enough, they were flexible to drop them off for us to set up earlier than our event date. The whole process was a breeze and everyone was cordial. I personally recommend them!

From the guy at the park in the wheelchair.Today as I rolled down the only wheelchair access into Lions Park. As I rounded down the lower part of the ramp I saw a lot of activity in the park.White tents all over and being set up. For anyone whom doesnt know these are a lot more work than you think.I rolled off away from all the activities and went around the path. As I exited the path on the side by the volleyball court, towards the the entrance area near the bathrooms.Today a really nice looking box truck was blocking the path cars use to exit the parking area if they parked in the nearby area.But, it also was blocking one handicap spot, and using the striped area for loading and unloading of people with disabilities.After I explained the situation to a young man, he understood the issue. I cant explain how amazing that was.I shared a free solution and ten or so seconds later the truck was now moved about 15 feet to cover 4 or so able parking places. And, unblocked the pathway for cars and the handicap spot and loading zone.I watched as I did my laps how everyone at Ace was working hard and all being polite and respectful even while doing some heavy hard work.5 stars for work ethic alone.100 stars for respecting the rights of people with disabilities.After seeing this company in action. I can safely recommend them to anyone whom needs a residential and or commercial outdoor function to be first class.

They were great. Their equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Very easy to work with. I would definitely use again and recommend to my friends.

We used Ace Party Rental for our tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, and lighting. They were 100% professional and made our wedding reception amazing. The owner knew we were on a budget and told us several ways to cut costs but still ensure we had a beautiful reception. And it truly was! They were always available to answer my questions--calling and emailing me back after business hours to ensure I got answers. She made the process fun for my husband and I and even helped us find other vendors that we used as well! They set up a few days before our reception so we had time to set everything up! It truly was the happiest day of my life--and thanks to Ace Party Rentals I didnt have to worry about a thing with regards to the reception!

I rented equipment from here for my grad party in June, it was a blast! I got the frozen drink machine and needless to say it was the main event! I also received the mini chiller for pasta salads and wraps, it was the perfect size and met our needs! they delivered our items efficiently and on time. The rentals were in great shape and clean, the whole process was easy and painless. They were personable and knowledgeable on their products not to mention the prices were the best and most competitive. It was overall a great experience and would highly recommend them!

Ace Party Rental is the best. Customer service, price, and quality is unbeatable. I rented several tables, chairs, and linens for a 50th wedding anniversary party, for my parents. Kelly was able to help guide me with table sizes to use, and linen colors/decor as well. They go above and beyond providing rentals, and are truly focused on customer satisfaction.

Ive been a corporate event planner for almost 10 years and I have never had better service than I got at Ace Party Rental. I initially contacted 2 other local tent/party rental companies for a huge outdoor event that required multiple tents, table/chair layouts, lounge furniture, and linens. Those other 2 companies strung me along before 1 of them finally said we cant do it and the other just stopped calling me back. With the event approaching in 1.5 months I contacted Ace Party Rental. Kelly emailed me back right away and we scheduled a meeting. I walked in to the office the next day and was so impressed! Kelly sat down with me for almost an hour sketching everything out and counting chairs and consulting on the best layout (to give an idea of the scope - we had 10 tents including a 60 x 130, 900 chairs, 32 tables, and 21 pieces of lounge furniture). She had the proposal to me less than 24 hours later and didnt miss a single tiny detail. We had changes up to the week before and Kelly was incredibly responsive and helpful.When it came to delivery and setup, Eli and his crew couldnt have been nicer, more professional and astoundingly efficient! They had everything set up quickly - well before go time - and perfectly. We actually changed the layout of the 900 chairs and Eli and team adjusted it with a smile. Tear down was the same - went off without a hitch.Its an event planners dream to find a company like this. Ace Party Rental is great. I used them for my wedding last fall. Kelly and Eli are true professionals and I have a lot of respect for both of them.

I would recommend Ace Party Rental. Ace Party Rental provided chairs for my wedding this past summer. The week before my big day they were unable to provide the full number of chairs I had reserved due to uncontrollable events which happened the weekend prior. I was notified and was told similar chairs would replace those they were not able to provide. The chairs arrived on Friday and I ended up not liking the replacement chairs. The staff listened to my complaints and delivered upgraded chairs I did like free of charge the day of the wedding (not even a charge for weekend delivery). They also refunded an appropriate amount of money for the hassle it caused. Ace Party Rental dealt with the situation in a satisfactory manner.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I rened several tables and chairs for a graduation celebration. The tables looked worn and in need of replacing (beat up). NOT PRETTY AT ALL When I called, I was told that no reservation was necessary. Mind you, I called several times to MAKE SURE that all of my ducks were in a row. Upon arrival to pick up said items, I was asked for a reservation. I was told at that point that all orders needed a reservation. I stated to the lady handling my order that I was told something different over the telephone. She comenses to argue with me about the phone conversations, what was said and what was not said. This was not even the same person I spoke with over the telephone. I was completely taken aback. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE If this rental was not for a family member and had been for my own event, I WOULD HAVE DEPARTED AND SOUGHT OUT AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DESERVES MY BUSINESS. Dont be in this position. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
