Been working for these people for less then a year, and its been a great experience. Everyone that I have had dealings with, have all been awesome to work with. I definitely recommend this as a company to work for. I get the miles that I need consistently

Working here was a nightmare. The drivers are usually irate because first shift gave them promises they couldnt keep or outright lied to them. They dont note down anything and leave it open as to which party is telling the truth regarding what is happening. Its said it is a relaxed environment but in truth, it is lazy. They pass the buck and you get scolded for not cleaning up the messes theyve made. Accept loads for drivers they never agreed to and their system for communication is downright shameful.When I left, the supervisor said he was done babysitting me. Apparently he didnt know what his job title entailed because all I was asking of him was to stop letting his day shift taking advantage of me by working 48 hours per week and hold his co-workers accountable for their half assed work ethic. They dispatch in India and only two of the entire crew know what theyre actually doing and its been a problem they all acknowledge (some times you read emails of them being scolded or overhear them on the phone yelling) but refuse to change. Yet youll find the Dispatch crew barebones here in the States, as theyve fired many people to minimize. It was to cut costs, plain and simple.They never answer phones and had co-workers simply ignore them so they could talk amongst each other or pretend theyre busy by disappearing into the bathroom for half hour time frames. Dont work here if you value professionalism and not being made to shoulder an entire shifts mistakes.

Ive been working with Fast Cargo for the past 2 years now and what can I say. They have an excellent team who never fail to provide great service at all times of the day. I highly recommend this company as they provide great service and excellent coverage over all 48 states

Only problem I had working at Fast Cargo up stairs safety department kind of treat you like you fresh out of truck driving school like you dont know nothing. That dont set right with me I been driving 20 plus years I find it hard listen to someone that never drove a truck in there life and never been in one. Dont let that chance your mind about Fast Cargo the owers of the company and dispatch upper management operation manager payroll and breakdown Will in night dispatch good people I work for Fast Cargo two times hated leaving last two times I work for Fast Cargo.

TRAILER NUMBER 507 AND TRUCK NUMBER 142 (i believe) was on I-55 at 11:30 am on 4/20/20 going 85 CUTTING people off and myself with my 2 year old nephew in the car. Disgusting.

Friendly environment best place to work, Stress free. Dispatchers aint really bad as long you dont end up on their bad side. A lot miles, Family like professional staff, from safety department to payroll. Great place to jump start your career, fast Professional CDL training.

One of there drivers just pulled out in front of me only 50 yards away while I was going 55 mph!!!!!!!!! My children are shaking because I had to slam on my brakes and steer of the road so I didn t hit them. I have personally never used this company. But they need to review their drivers.

They hire some baby dispatchers. They have shan the owner he is not hungry for money. But. Again they need to work on there dispatches its really bad

Im given home time when I want it. My complaint would be the impossible dispatches from broker loads. A broker would give us a load and expect me to drive 800 miles in a day

Never ever work for this company less pay less benefit worst dispatch and management they dont pay detention and for layover you get that only after fight with everyone they only care about them self ......if you work for them hard for years and try to get better job they always give bed feedback about you to force you to stay with them ........I work for them for years without any accident or ticket or problems but when I put them in my resume they always try to black me from getting other job by giving bed feedback to who asking about me and at the same time calling me begue me to back to them
