Please for your sanity and peace of mind stay away from these people. They basically took my mother’s home a way from her and she received absolutely nothing. Any profit was given to the buyer. They will talk you in circles and you will not understand anything and just give in. They are very unresponsive and unreliable.

This team is incredible. They have handled dozens of transactions for my investment group. They know these markets better than any other local brokers I have worked with. I Build and Flip 10-15 homes a year in the area, so I have always been in need of a team that can handle that volume. Michael and Dustin are pleasures to work with!

I purchased my first home from Michael and he was completely unresponsive to my realtor, never replaced the sliding door that I have receipt for, and left the lock box on my door. Luckily I was able to figure out how to take the lock box off, but where is my $1000 sliding door? I am very unhappy with his service.

I placed a bid on a short sale property on March 1, 2018 through a KW associate agent. Michael was non-responsive to all emails and voice mail that were sent by my agent. The only response we received was when Michael was on vacation and his fill-in asked my agent if I was still interested. After waiting for 3 months my agent updated and resent the documents. We then finally received an email saying Thank you for your offer but they decided to go with a higher offer. The day my offer was presented (March 1st) the property was still available then the next day the website showed Pending Offer. I was not given the opportunity to place a counter offer which leads me to believe the owner may not have been represented professionally. I would never recommend this agent as I believe he is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.

I was given Michaels info through another realtor I found on the internet as I was searching for one to do a short sale on my house trying to keep it from going into forclosure. I spoke to Michael once and that was it throughout this entire long process. The rest was emails only with his assistant Cindy, never spoke to her. I was new to this entire process of being a homeowner and thought I was getting good advice to go with a short sale. Had I known then what I know now I would of NEVER went that route and wished there would of been more honesty and educated about this and more options I had. To say been dragged through hell this last year over this house is grossly understated. I honestly dont know what to say about this company and Michael other than sheer disappointment from the outcome an my house is set for a sherrifs sale next month. Michael fast food talked me in our one an only conversation and emails from then on only with his assistant. Michael had no clue what was going on with this house when called a few weeks ago to find out. Somebody was supposed to come an get his sign this week out of my yard and I havent heard a word from his assistant since I told her it was over and that was beginning of last week nd that the house was set for sale an todays Friday an the sign is still in my yard. Bottom line I would NOT recommend Michael Mergell and his team to try and sale a dog house for me!!!!!!
