The folks at Mullins are the most helpful, pleasant people you can imagine. if you are renting a piece of equipment that is new to you, a complete tutorial will be provided. If you forget to fill the equipment with fuel before you return it, they wont get mad at you, but they will charge you for the fuel, which is only reasonable. Unless they didnt have the equipment I needed, I would never rent anywhere else. And to date they have had every piece of equipment I have ever needed.

I went out of my way to rent ozone machine from this company that I had called about and was told was available the same day. When I arrived to pick up the man at the counter took my drivers license and even walked me through where to place machine. After all that, he got on the computer and said someone had reserved the following day for the weekend. OOPS! No apology and no attempt to make it right!!! You just lost a customer. I was not happy and definitely would not recommend this company!

These are good people who go out of their way to provide what we need. They have EVERYTHING in the way of tools & machinery to rent, their prices are very reasonable & if you bring the rental item back early, you get a discount on the price. My husband had to rent a 50 snake because our plumbing was stopped up, the snake was clean & had been well maintained by staff at Mullins.I also want to thank them for remaining in the neighborhood. So many businesses have given up on the east side, forcing us to go out of our way to shop or for other needs. Id recommend Mullins for anyone looking to rent a needed tool or piece of machinery, such as floor sanders, snakes, etc.

Well, I didnt actually rent a forklift. Kyle was very helpful on the phone and very accommodating to our needs. Unfortunately, we ended up cancelling the reservation the next business day and they were kind enough to refund all of our money. Should we need a forklift rental again, this will be the first place I turn to.

I had to use the old piece of junk and had to work with it to get it to start. should have gone somewhere cheaper-but at least I probably wouldnt have had to spend a couple of extra hours on it (well they did charge me :)this place must get it business because people need to rent the stuff right then and there and dont call around. to check prices and reputation

THEY WOULD ON SPEAKER PHONE TO A GUY TO RENT SOMETHING AND THEY WANTED HIS CREDIT CARD IN ADVANCE AND LAUGHED AND SAID WELL WE ARE GOING TO USE YOUR MONEY - AND THEY GUY SAID NO YOU ARE NOT!TO TOP IT OFF - THEY ARE DOUBLE I REPEAT DOUBLE OF ANY AND I MEAN DOUBLE - DONT FORGET THE USAGE FEES!
