Indiana State Park Camp bathrooms are the worst in the nation, and Ive been to most states. The water temperature is not adjustable and is hot! In fact Id be surprised if there were no law suits for this. I look like I have 2nd degree burns from the shower at Turkey Run. None of the shower houses Ive been in have any ventilation, even the newer ones. Wonder if they make them intentionally miserable to use. Guess they also cannot figure out how to put a hinge on the doors so they dont make that horrible slam noise and scare off all the wildlife. I dont get it. As an Indiana resident I prefer camping in every other state. Sad because the parks are wonderful but camping if you want to shower is horrible.

I found a dead bald eagle in a field and wanted to contact a co so I called idnr and the woman I talked to said a big dead bird? Id just leave it alone. I had to call dispatch instead.

Talked to SEVEN people in an attempt to order copies of boating reg. for our lake residents! Kept getting transferred to someone else. With the last person I was disconnected.....still no copies!!!!! Our tax $$$$ at work!!!!

Useless. Do not care about Nature at all. Trying to find out if Sam (would not give me a last name) actually knows anything about Natural resources. Unfortunately you cant post unless you select at least one star.

I would rate Indiana DNR lower if possible. The damage being done to the environment by excessive logging under their watch is inexcusable.
