Nice company to work for.
Would not recommend doing business with this company or getting hired. They are rude, unprofessional, and the management aren’t of any assistance if you aren’t working during normal business hours. I’ve previously had a caller on hold for 20 minutes while I had to hunt down a floor walker, or supervisor to help me on a call. They don’t support their staff nor care about your success with the company! You’re just a number to them.
Absolutely the worst place to do business. Staff need to be educated better of customer service skills.
Well I was actually at stericycle for call center training. And I never came back because of the attitude of the trainer. I dont even know what company she was from. But it was the recall training. she have very bad attitude she was too fast when she spoke. And her PowerPoints were blurry so somebody like me that is not as computer savvy as she is I had a hard time catching up it was very discouraging.
I enjoyed working there, great associates, team leaders & supervisors! I enjoyed working on many projects & working with customers while working phonelines!
They have been the company dealing with our Lemon Law victory over Jeep. They are extremely unprofessional and I have now had to get 5 people from this company to get answers to questions that are simple. They do not follow through and you have to repeatedly call to get answers. Stay away from them if at all possible
Worked here for about 6months before I caught walking pneumonia one winter was out for a week brought in doctors note and the meds I still needed to take when I came back to work. They called the next morning to fire me for not calling out everyday I wasn’t there. Horrible business practices.
They didnt pay me for my last week of work keep the IRS on speed dial when dealing with these people.

Stericycle call center is a very unprofessional work environment. Most of the supervisors are dressed in hoodies and dressed in jeans. Yet the dress code advises that employees should be dressed a certain way. Its pretty hard to distinguish an employee and a supervisor. I guarantee if a customer was to pop up with out any warning they would be very disappointed in the enviroment that their money is going into. Training for the employees is only 2 days. Most call centers train for 4-6 weeks to ensure that their employees are fully equipped when they come in contact with a customer. I would not recommend anyone to work for stericycle call center, I also would not recommend anyone to become a customer until they have done their own research and actually visited this location on a regular basis.This company is only professional when they need to be. I feel that Stericycle as a whole could be a good company. But, the Lake side location is honestly not making the company look too good as a whole. I would definitely give this a company a thumbs down on employee equal rights, professionalism, and proper training. Hope this information helps someone in their decision either to work for the company or allowing this company to work for you.
So far not loving the process of my buyback it has been months in the making just to get approved for the buyback . Then they neglect to tell u there is still months to go before u will ever end up with a vehicle.My patients is running very thin ! My case manager lately has been in touch very often and updating me . They claim we are now at the final steps, substitution of eqity! Then comes the vehicle surrender !I have been waiting so long it is not even funny ! I feel like I’m going crazy waiting for something to Actually happen . If I do not end up with my new car by Tuesday I’m going to flip out on them, I have been so patient and Connot put my life on hold for Chrysler/jeep any longer .I am partnered with the local news station and they have agreed to help me possibly get some satisfaction out of all our troubles with our brand new car ! Like really, 2 months dealing with Stericycle and 7 months trying to get the car fixed first . I’m over it ! Give me a loaner and take my car till it’s decided I’m just so upset .Shout out to Mis. Washington for being so kind even though I bug the hell out of her .
Buy back rep for Chrysler.Worst communication company on the planet..No way to hold them accountable for their sorry actions and poor business ethics.Will lie you more than you can possibly imagine.If you think your vehicle is a issue wait till you deal with these folks..Keep your attorney, let them go after them company do not let these people be your mediator...7 months later we are still no resolution with FCA..Or have a vehicle to drive.

This is a cattle call type of company that fills up its ranks with the worst kind of people so I didnt take the job. Also the drive is super far from anywhere and the pay is 1990s. They are full of folk with no working experience or high school diplomas. If you want to work with a pile of hoodrat trash then this the place for you.
Bad SUPERVISORS AT SAMSUNG, THEY LIKED GOSSIP AND THEY ARE PREJUDICE SPECIALLY WHITE, SAMANTHA ARE THE PEOPLE WHO DESTROYED STERICYCLE.
