I used Parker Lynch to recruit me a CFO. The one we hired lasted a month. Due to COVID my small business had to pay them in a few payments with the understanding that they would still replace the bad recruit. Last week I contacted them to help me replace them (after I have paid them) and they decided not to replace him without charging me again. Unprofessional and bad recruiters.
