LGC hospitality staff are LAZY 🤣 they always have attitudes, unprofessional rude barely wanna do their job.

I love my job! Its a perfect work/life balance! In my position, I am able to be creative and independent as long as I get results! I also pickup temp shifts from time to time and those are always fun! It all depends on your attitude! If youre positive and open minded, youll have a great time!I highly recommend my employer! :)

Good place to get a job

Most of these good reviews are fake. The employees are good but the managers are si mean. The employees go 7-10 hours without a break. I saw a 16 year old employee get yelled at for sitting down for 3 seconds. The employees are good but aren’t treated good, I used to work fir them but quit after 1 week. This is the worst job ever! Don’t apply unless you like being yelled at for every little thing. They don’t even let you eat for at least over 7 hours. Some supervisors don’t even let you take tips at some events. I could go on and on but it’s too much. Bottom line; TERRIBLE job.

I have been working for LGC for about 4 months and I absolutely love it! Everyone you work with is nice, friendly and willing to help others when needed. I have bounced around multiple jobs and not seeming to find a good fit, but I believe I found it here with LGC. They talk about having a fun and family environment and I couldnt agree more. Nobody tries to walk over you and everyone there is willing to help and give advice when asked. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a workplace to call home. Worst experience ever for a professional environment. People are comdescending in the office. They have no equipment set up for individuals applying. On line application process on your phone as there are no computers in office. The staff is unprofessional and needs coaching on how to be better in their positions. Better have 2-5 hours set aside if you come in here.

I went in there today they didnt tell me they working om road up here. Than I get few minutes late and lady was rude you should been here on time. It not my fault our manager call off and other two wants be cry babys. With you can do your job get some one in there do there job.

This company is a joke and they are not organized. I am an accountant, and they failed to pay one of their employees and dont seem to worried about it when left several messages about it. Never answer the phone and corporate has no answers for the problem. Someone there should be able to get the problem resolved in a timely manner but not at this company! Good luck!

I’ve worked for this company several times and have seen how unorganized and unprofessional they can be. When I completed my W-4 I had made exemptions that the company did not follow so the percentage of taxes that were taken out of my paycheck was more than what should have been. I called and made them aware and was told we will fix it and deposit the difference in your checking account, well it never happened. Also any time that I call in to be schedule I’m given the wrong start times. This past Sunday I was schedule to work at the convention center, I received a call on Saturday telling me that my shift was canceled and that I needed to show up for my shift at 9am, when I arrived I was advised that they were not having any LGC employees work only “non for-profits” and the shifts were canceled. So today I called to advised LGC that I showed up and was sent home and was told, “ we do not pay show up pay, we had 45 shifts that needed to be filled and once they were filled we would not have you work” well I’m glad they have made me aware that they over staff people on purpose and do not care what kind of inconvenience this causes. I will no longer be working with this staffing agency and I will be telling my other friends who have applied here not to work for this unprofessional company any more.You all respond with a phone number but did not tell me whom to speak with at what extension to use

Every temp service has the good with the bad, there just happens to be A LOT OF BAD with this one. So when this k of temp services you think of an office and room for lots of people who are there for jobs. This one is more like a broom closet inside of another business. The front desk receptionist doesnt really seem to understand that shes supposed to have a professional presence not the presences of a collegar student whos just there for a pay check. Next is the rest of the staff some of them have A HARD TIME WITH ENGLISH, I mean like they have to concentrate on what they are sayigs, so English is definitely a secondary language there. So then theres the people in the back, you wont really see them much but youll sure hear em. Its like a bunch of sailors back there, they just drop f-bombs and profanity like no one hears it. FianllF theres the jobs.......if you dont speak Spanish....THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU! All in all bad experience and Id NEVER recommend any to them

Pretty impressive

Only work through these people if your desperate and need some money in your pocket. They never have more than 20 hrs, if they even have that available. They lie and say they have no work and give jobs to certain people. Make sure to pay attention to your check stubs and write down yours hrs cause they will short you.

They Got bad customer service and you go to text the person that hired you they dont respond back and they tell u to be some wear and start 2 hours later and they cant give you jobs they send you over to someone and you leave voice mails and they dont even return ur phone calls cant even give u a full time job
