I have had 2 battery replacements in the 2 years Ive had the lift - 3 batteries total. I am always told the batteries should last 3 to 5 years. Recently, I called to report the 2nd battery was dead and was told a service rep would call to schedule service. Instead, he showed up at my door. Long story short, the work was done without quoting me a cost prior to the work, and it was not affordable ( I assumed this battery would be replaced at no cost as the previous one was). The service manager Brad refused to compensate for the way the call was mishandled. Up until now I had a good relationship with the company.
