Absolutely the best in town for facials (does real extractions), perm makeup, electrolysis. Ive been going to Polina for 15+ years. I trust noone else . She takes pride in her work and gives 100% every time. And I literally mean every time! Youll thank yourself you went there!

About 5 years ago I tried out this salon for a haircut and highlights via a Groupon. Stella does a great job and since trying out this salon 5 yrs ago, I have been seeing Stella exclusively for my haircuts and highlights. She does a great job, friendly service, comfortable environment, and I am always happy with my hair! I have not tried any of the other services that this salon offers but plan to continue going here for all of my hair needs!

Everything was perfect except the gentleman working the front desk did not have it over his face. The whole time I was there. There were a few minutes he covered his lips only. While I was waiting for my haircut I went and sat out on the porch to get away from it. He came outside without his mask and began talking to mbv e about the weather. This is unacceptable un these days. My middle school students are more respectful to the peop ln e around them then this gentleman was. Every ot bgg era employee was perfect.

I didnt have electrolysis/ permanent hair removal, just a terrifically simple cut/style by Stella. This a nicely laid out, open salon. I dont usually make hair cut appointments, but I did for this cut, my next and...I want to be sure to have Stella stylin my locks!

Polina is a woman with a heart of gold.She has been blessed with exceptional talent!!Loves what she does & it shows so much. Never have I been so Relaxed and confident In a persons ability. I will have a smile that last a lifetime. Totally transformative experience. Thank you!

She is a very RUDE person ! She speaks in a very rude tone and manner ! When trying to reschedule she used the term “ stood her up “ just for a consultation appointment. Google says they don’t open until 9 so calling to schedule or reschedule you’d have to WAIT until 9. I wouldn’t recommend her !!!!!

I have been a client of Polina for about three decades. She is awesome! Every single experience that I have ever had with her has been wonderful. I go to her every month for a facial, derma planing, brow shaping, and brow and lash dye. She is extremely talented and I would recommend her highly.

Did not enjoy my experience there. Stylist tried to be nice but kept coming off as snide. My hair was cut way shorter than was stated it was going to be cut. Did not have a good time. :(

Very disappointing...A good deal was posted on groupon for $39 for a full highlight and hair cut...Hours are listed on the website as open until 7pm on Tuesday and Wednesday...She states they close every day at 2 pm. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done here after work one day...In my opinion poor customer service and false advertising on their website.
