Been working here for 6 months now. I must say its been more than just great. They are very flexible with my schedule considering I go to school full time and raise a family. All extra effort they appreciate and the perks they give reflect it. Excited about the future!

I had the pleasure of meeting Lee James today! He was the most friendly and kind “salesmen.” Lee went above and beyond to demonstrate all the functions of a Kirby. I feel well educated on how to use my new toy! Haha! I am so excited to start cleaning my house!

One star is too much! Cancelled my purchase within 3 days, per THEIR contract. They picked up the machine within 2 days of my cancellation (on a Sunday). Im still waiting for my refund after 10 business days. I paid cash. No one answers the phone. Buyer beware. Looks like I am hiring an attorney to get my money back. TOTAL SCAM AND WONT ISSUE REFUND!

Savanna was very informative and kind. We were peaked into buying. All the attachments are interesting a whole house cleaner in one machine.

The customer service rep was very nice. I really felt like she enjoyed her job and she went over and above to take care of us. We will be sending our friends and family to do business with them.

Service was fast and top notch. Extremely impressed with the level of attention they gave us. Recommend them to anyone upgrading to a G11 system.

Nate did an excellant demonstration of the Kirby. He was polite and manerly. I have an old Kirby, it still works good but the new one does more functions, really like it but Im not in a position to purchase one at this time.

This company lies to its employees. My mother enquired this job for the sole purpose of a desk job, answering phone calls for costumers and making them. The owner knew this, yet still gave her the position to walk around going door to door and sell Vacuum systems. Everyone must do this every couple of days one of the employees explained. She did not want this position and quit. Be warned, if you quit and you dont complete the first week with EVERYTHING they ask of you, dont expect a penny from them. You wont receive your payment.

I bought a Kirby vaccuu from these people . They do not answer their phone, return calls, or do anything they say they are going to do. They sales rep was suppose to call to schedule an appointment to come back, have not heard from them in two months. I was suppose to receive a DVD in the mail a month ago still havent received it. So this $2500 vacuum is a coat rack that does not work the way it is suppose to. Just so you know when you but one from a sales company Kirby wontw help you either.

Cleanest service center on the state, and the staff was top notch. Recommending everyone I know to them!

Jim and Kara are liars as well as the rest of the organization including Clint. They willvnotnonly lie about the job will be interviewing but the hours, the pay, and the general description of what you will be doing on a day to day basis. I was lied to and was told I needed to buy dress clothes and also spend money driving to advertise their products for “training”. And to top it off who really wants to sing Kirby vacuum songs with a group of liars??? And stay out until 9, 10, 11 PM harrasing customers with the “I want to win a competition” sales scheme

Scammers! The job is not what they portray it to be during the interviewing process!

One star is even too much for this company. They lie on their job postings and when someone does call you about the position they still lie about what it is. All this is, is going into someones home clean some carpet and sell the vaccuum. If they are going to lie to get you to apply and into the door just think how much will they lie to you once you work for them. STAY AWAY!!
