I dont know why there are so many bad reviews on this place, as a company driver from GP Transco I arrived a day early on a Sunday, my appointment was for Monday afternoon, I was told that They would get to me when they could, but I was grateful that they let me in and gave me a door to Get unloaded. they started unloading me in after about an hour wait, Owner Operators got ATTITUDE. Positive attitude goes a long way.

You cant get into the place from exploration drive, you have to drive around the back side of the building... There are no signs informing drivers of this... Fortunately there is a round-a-bout just past the building so you can easily turn around and go back to Hatfield Rd. To get to the other side of the building ( there were about 10 trucks doing this at the same time I was doing it so at least I felt better about myself knowing I wasnt the only one).

Truck entrance guard shack is at the dead end of Stanley Road. Slide tandems at gate. This is the sheet you get from the guard. They check you in and give you the bills on the way out after you get the green light. Checked in and to the dock in 15 minutes.

Had a 7pm app. Got in at 6:30pm. They couldnt find me in the system. Finally at 9:30 im allowed to go to the shipping office where a nice lady manually placed my load in the system and gave me a dock door. I got unloaded at 5am.Other drivers that got in on time and had their loads in the system still waited for 3-4 hours just to get a dock door assigned to them.

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive at first & ready for a long wait. Once I got there, I was polite and had everything they needed, listened to what I was told and acted accordingly. In less than 2 hours, I was in and out. I may have just gotten lucky.

In and out in about 2 hours including the line to get in. Pretty fast load all of the trucks that came in with me were in line with me on the way out. I guess this place got their $h!t together since the last reviews.

MAD SEASON have one really nice song- LONG GONE DAY... I dont know why it poped-up in my head here.. Its a high volume facility, and if you are here for live load/unload youll have to wait a long time, 6 hours in my case, to be done. The mess comes from the guards, its a full anarchy, they dont care about appoitments but who is paying more to get a door sooner.. And after geting a door there are still 3-4 hours waiting ahead, and another 15-30 min at least to take your bols from the guard

Not even worthy of one star. They arent very organized. Very slow loading. It was about 4 hours for them load me, 2 or 3 pallets every 15 min....be prepared to do at least 4 hours here. Also, they like to front load it. The weight isnt going to be balanced. They dont know how to load a trailer. I brought a reefer in here and they put it all in the nose. Luckily its only 37000. This place needs help everywhere. No overnight parking if you run out of hours.

It is very very bad warehouse because unloading take long time, we can call anyone.

Came at 9am for a live unload as I was scheduled, its now 1:30pm and still waiting. TRASH. This place will waste your time for no reason

Very busy place, you can only check in 1hr before appointment time. theres is no where to park if you get here early. you have to leave when you are empty. the guard signs your bills when you bring a load and gives you a door number. when you get a green light you can leave and dont have to stop at guardshack on your way out.

Great place quick unloading

Apt time 2 pm red light at 230. 7 pm they started to load. Went into the office said there were 3 trucks in front of me to be loaded but all the trucks were here after me. Yard drivers were very nice and helpful. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Del appt Saturday 8am, empty at 9:30am.Easy check in process, they sign the BOL at the gate when you arrive and they give you a door. Once you see a green light you are good to go. I parked overnight in fron of the company. I see a lot of bad reviews but I didn’t have a bad experience, maybe because it was a weekend.

This place is a joke, 8pm appointment and started loading at 11:15pm

Came in on Friday morning with a Monday night delivery, got empty within 1 hour, great place.

Take forever to get you in a dock door then take forever to unload you. Been here going 5 hours between waiting for door and unloading

This place is BS, 8 am appointment out by 9:20 AM I guess I can’t get no sleep.

Absolute disaster. Someone is gonna get hurt bad at this place eventually..dropped trailers all over the yard making what used to be plenty of room tight quarters...yard dogs and other drivers barreling through the parking lot. Management is non existent. I will reject any load to and from here in the future.

Very friendly, delivery appt satard 11am, arrived on Friday 10pm, 10.30pm was unloaded good to go, also after that 10h break on property without problems

PLEASE TRUCK DRIVERS, stay out of this place!Checked in the gate on time for your appointment, they’ll tell you go around the building so you can just park to be told to come back and check in an hour.. once and finally 1 or 2 hours waiting for a dock, once you’re in a Dock. They’ll take another 2 hours at least. They won’t let you communicate with anybody, so once you checked in, you’re screwed....

A lot of drivers checking in, so you will spend around 1 hour for check in. And they kept me 6 hours for loading!

Really slowly I arrived at 1:40pm and they give me the paperwork at 12:15 am of the next day. My recommendations is that you take lunch and dinner before come in and turn off your ELD for you do your re start 😉
