Please do not go with this company !’ Make sure and keep all paperwork. They are trying to get me to pay more even though I paid every month

Paul, I have been very patient and not wanted to give a review in a public forum but you leave me no other alternative. You have consistently paid my payments late. You take 566.00 from me the 5th of every month. Today is the 25 and my cards have not been paid. You give me the reason that you have new employees or your computer system is down whatever, there is no excuse. My 49.00 is in your pocket for your fee and its never been late. My payments have never been late to you yet you cannot seem to pay the accounts on time. Also you regularly short my payments to my creditors. I pay you a total of 566.00 and you pay 588 or 552.00 . I pay over the amount due so that this will get paid off faster and you are taking my money and pocketing it. I cannot see any other explanation??? You say it builds up in my account? What account? I dont have an account. if so then I should have over 500.00 in the account after years of you not paying the amount I give you to the creditors. I simply pay you monthly to pay my credit cards at a lower interest rate. There is no account you pull from for me! I have called several times and you have not returned my calls. I called yesterday to tell you that I have even changed bank accounts and you have not returned my call. It is imperative that you call me back immediately. I have not contacted an attorney at this point but I am on the verge. I am tired of the excuses each month. I never had these issues when I worked with Bill. I have been a long standing customer of yours and I would appreciate some common courtesy !

This business will not return my phone calls.They will not make any of my credit card payments on time, they are always 2-3 weeks late. The reason I used your services was to consolidate my interest rates and help my credit.... but if you are constantly making late payments then that doesn’t help me at all.If you choose to use this business be aware... no reviews other than the business owner himself. Do yourself a favor and run from this company because they will not call you back and poorly do their job to begin with,....
