Repeated cancellations of our appointments on the day of the appointment. No follow up after cancellations. Actual Therapist was liked by my son, but unhappy with the professionalism of this facility and their lack for concern when trying to get help for teen.

Worse company ever. Most the team leaders and staff members are all about drama, twisting things around, manipulation, and lies. Most the team leaders and staffing interfere with their clients personal lives, business, managing who the clients are allowed to be friends with and talk to. I know of one case where a team leader tried to interfere with family business and letting that client go to their familys home for Christmas. Its really sad. I dont recommend this company to anyone. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, and they have later hours on a few days which makes it easier to go after work.
