Weeks ago, I had him apply screen protection on a new-to-me cell. Then, discovered the manufacture had changed things delaying my transfer a couple of weeks. When ready, I discovered that the new Google Play would not load. He spent at least 40 minutes trying different things to get the phone workable. He succeeded!! and charged me a very nominal amount. Extremely please with his professionalism and charity.

Had an appointment set for 3pm to fix my s20 ultra front and back glass replaced, I came in at 1pm way early and was helped right away. My funds didnt allow me to get back glass replaced at the same time but was needed to be taken off to fix the front glass, he took great care into taken back glass off and replacing the front back to prefect working condition. To my surprise the back isnt in worse shape then, when I brought it in. I will be back to get back replaced to when able too but if I could give him a higher rating I would, he is awesome, very friendly, and very informative. Will recommend to everyone I know

Ive been using ONE STOP CELLULAR(BEFORE HE WAS ONE STOP CELLULAR) for years! He was able to get a back glass for my LG velvet(hard to do) in 3 days! Folks listen if you want knowledge, affordable prices and a man that generally loves his profession and cares for the people he helps then this is a one stop shop I promise you! As long as hes open I promise Ill never go anywhere else! Even if he closes I just may be tempted to call his personal number! Lmao just kidding but Im telling you.....HES THAT GOOD!

Jordan saved me from filing a Verizon claim $$$ and replacing a charging port $$. He simply removed a piece of a cheapy charger metal that came off and had gotten stuck inside the charger port. He got it out in a minute and my charger fit again . He also recommended a better charger brand that only has one piece and won’t ever break off. Thanks One Stop.

My old iPhone camera all of the sudden couldnt focus, and I take a ton of photos with my phone. Looked like I needed a new camera lens. Made an appointment with One Stop online which was super easy, and later the same morning I popped into the store. Jordan took a look at the lens under a microscope and determined there some sticky substance on the lens. He was able to remove it and I was back in business! And at no charge! Thanks Jordan! Id give 10 stars if I could! After being strung along by other repair shops for weeks, I came across One Stop and Owner Jordan. Jordan is true to his word, extremely professional, and skilled at his craft. I initially called on a Thursday evening, he had the part ordered and delivered by Friday morning, phone fixed and restored to new by Friday afternoon. Considering the device (Samsung Note 2) was 7+ years old, getting the parts and completing the repair in less than 24 hours from start to finish is very impressive. The price was comparable with the other shops, but the service was vastly superior. Jordan went above and beyond with the repair, replacing additional parts without charging. My phone cracked right before heading out of state on vacation. Of course Im the type that tried to fix things before calling the experts. Well needless to say what happened next lol. No one in the vicinity could repair same day or even next day. I took a chance with One Stop. They were fast and efficient. Owner Jordan is a wizard in his field. He showed me how to best protect my new phone - AND, as an aside, how to listen to audio in my 2007 Civic with my new XR iPhone (no 3.5mm port now) ... Small place, but quick

Fixed a my iPhone 7 Plus that was broken by another repair shop. Was very fast and cheap. Be careful where you take your device.

I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen. They replaced the screen for about $90 out the door (while I waited). It turned out that the screen that they put in had a small issue, so when I went back they put a new one in immediately. A+ service!!!

Good service fair prices

They fixed my cracked screen but messed up my camera quality. i got my phone back and got home and realized that my camera quality had gotten worse from before when my screen was cracked. after taking a front facing picture there was a weird white tint at the bottom of the picture. don’t think i would go back
