They are very friendly.They have some good quality used hardware. I am very happy with the 19 monitor I purchased to serve as a second monitor for only $25 or $35.I also came with a fairly ambitious request for service. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that, because Im me, I want to upgrade rather than replace. It has a bottom-end motherboard and welded-in processor. I purchased a compatible motherboard and processor and gave it to them to assemble. However, the display wont work. Impossible to tell if theres something they werent able to do, or whether theres something wrong with the motherboard, although the vendor did ship me a replacement with no improvement. I think its fair to say that their diagnostic equipment is probably somewhat limited. However, they swapped the motherboard two or three times for only $45 and were very good about communication. If youre not asking the absurd like me, youll probably do fine.

Really nice people. Price is comparable to Best Buy but more personalized and dedicated to making the customer happy. Will go back!!!
