They managed our website hosting and domain names. They did not renew a domain name that we had requested to renew, which allowed someone else to buy it and we lost the website name. They did not use auto-renew for us. They also bought a domain with a typo in it and tried to get us to pay for it. Very hard to get email replies from them.
