Great IT company

I cant speak positively enough about our experience with Byte Cafe. We signed them about 6 months ago and as expected, the first month included a lot of getting to know each other. Since then, we have had quarterly reviews in our office that Jay has brought both concerns and victories to us. Processing service tickets (even the average everyday) has been fantastic and quick. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

I asked them to create a virtual image for me which they said they could create. Instead, I got a funky security protect back up that is almost impossible to access. They dont return phone calls or emails. They did not complete the assignment in a timely manner.Pick a different vendor.
