These guys are the best in town - hands down! Ive used them for prom twice and 2 weddings and have always been happy with the result. The price is more than fair but you will get way more quality and value with them vs the chain stores.

Leons replaced the lining and resewed buttons on my vintage US Navy pea coat. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the process. The coat was promised in 6 weeks and was completed in about 4 weeks. They even took the time to cut and sew some of the original GI detailing from the lining back into the coat. It looks great and am excited to wear this winter! I would highly recommend and will be returning for any alterations work in the future.

Love this local place! Ive been a handful of times and am impressed with the quality of work from them each time. Needed to get some pants tapered and brought in a pair of shorts where the button had came off in the wash to see if they could do that as well (I have zero sewing experience) and they did it free of charge while I was in the changing room! Great people and all around just a great place. Highly recommend.

First time utilizing a tailor: I brought in a dress to be tailored for an upcoming wedding (just needed to be brought in a tiny bit) and was assured they could complete this work. A woman had me try on the dress and then marked it with chalk- did not pin the dress. Picked it up, brought it home and the dress no longer zipped onto my body- 3 inches from zipping- with no chance of being fixed because excess fabric was cut from the sides. After going in to see them and to explain the concern, I left the dress with them and they did not call me to talk through the issue. 2 weeks later I called and walked through the issue I had paying for a botched job ($50) when I had to buy a different dress for the wedding. They said theres no way this could have happened, we dont do that, in all my years of work this hasnt been done and I stand by what my tailors say. I appreciate when businesses support and stand by their employees, but this was a major issue that the company essentially said we dont believe you, we didnt do this. A learning experience for me- both in learning how to utilize a tailor and that I should not return to Leon tailoring.

Stopped in here years ago to have tuxedo measurements for a friends wedding in another state. Leon himself treated me like something that crawled out from under a rock. Have me at least 4 reasons why they would not perform such a menial task. I mean this guy was just flat out rude and condescending. Went to another tailor that was more than happy to do it.

Very friendly. I just needed a button sewn back on and stopped in here. She had me in and out in a couple of minutes. Nice selection of clothing, too.

Wonderful family owned tailor with a very large selection of suits, tuxedos, business wear and casual wear. Everything purchased there is tailored to you for free. Being a short man who cant buy suits off the rack, this was very important to me. The sales people are very helpful and not pushy at all. As I also have a hard time finding styles that wont clash, they were helpful in finding suits and shirts and ties that I could mix and match and still look good, which is awesome for the fashion challenged person I am. The materials are all very high quality and you should have no complaints with anything they sell. They even sell jeans. The prices are not cheap, but you are getting a quality product with great tailoring included.

I had a custom suit made for my wedding. I can’t say enough about how awesome my experience was from start to finish. Finding a good women’s suit is nearly impossible but Leon rocked it. I will never go to anyone else to buy suits and shirts but Kim!

I have been buying custom made clothes from Leons for 30+ years and have always been 100% pleased with the service and quality. You get what you pay for and it is not cheap. If you are looking for alterations to inexpensive clothes you bought somewhere else you shouldnt be taking them here. These guys and their uncle Leon before them have been tailoring fine clothes for distinguished customers for 75+ years so I think they know what they are doing. Norman, Larry and the rest of them know what they are doing.

Got a jacket tailored and it came back crooked! The bottom of the jacket doesnt fall to equal lengths on both sides -- a totally obvious mistake. Plus the shortened sleeves did not have the internal material shortened so it just bunches up on the inside. Lacking an attention to detail that I would have otherwise expected from an establishment that charges $70 for those two alterations.

Not the best quality work. Pant hems showed thread marks; were not slimmed down as requested, nor was length adjusted as requested. Not likely to use again. Perhaps theyre better for mens clothing.

Ive loved every article of clothing I have had made at Leon Tailoring. Its nice to finally have clothes that fit! Be aware of the differences in price when you get bespoke clothing that is custom made--you have to know what you want and want it done perfectly. Not for the average person who doesnt care how they dress or look to others.

Went in to get a cheap sport coat tailored. Thank goodness Larry schooled us in finding a sport coat that fits properly and is made of good fabric. We spent years wasting money on off the rack sport coats and suits that never fit properly, always had to get tailored (for nearly as much $$ as the clothes cost), and still didnt fit properly. Go see Larry- he will understand your style and fit and youll be amazed what he gives you to try on. Not to mention all tailoring is included. So worth it to spend a little extra money to get something that fits perfect and feels great and will last much longer.

Went in for a standard jacket sleeve alteration. After pickup I noticed they took two buttons off and the other two were literally against the bottom of the sleeve, so they shortened the sleeve but didn’t undo the stitches or moved the buttons up. Norman tells me the job is very complicated because of the stitches and that the whole thing looks better as is. Not having the energy to deal with it I left - but I came back the next day and kindly asked them to finish the job. Norman said it would be an additional $30. After protesting he said it sounds like I should take my business elsewhere. Exactly what I did. Also, had I not asked, they would’ve kept the 4 buttons they took of the sleeves.

I came to Leons because no one carries my size. I didnt have a lot to spend, but I was able to get a quality tailored charcoal suit and shirt in only 2 weeks. In my view, if you can either let a good tailor MAKE something to fit you, or have a mediocre one ALTER something to squeeze you in for about the same price, why would you take the alteration over the tailor?You can get just as good of a deal as you can at Leons as you can at any of those cheap suit warehouses and have it made just for you. My suit and shirt are comfortable and fit properly. Ive NEVER gotten that level of quality in good clothing anywhere else.Even if you are an averaged sized guy who can wear off the rack, just go in and look at all of the different bolts of fabric they have to make clothing from. Youll be impressed.

Far more interested in selling you what he wants to sell you instead of listening to what you say in order to sell you what you want. Got a 2 star because it is made in USA, and good selection of fabric in stock (not small swatches in a book).

AVOID LEONS! I took a pair of pants in to be altered. They didnt take time to fully understand what I wanted altered and I felt extremely rushed. They told me they could fix part of the problem. They didnt tell me that fixing that part of the problem would make another part of the problem worse. When I went in to pick them up they didnt even ask me to try them on. I had to ask to try them on before I paid for them. When I told them I wasnt happy with the alteration they told me they could do another repair(for more money of course)that might actually fix the problem. Then they told me the way the pants were originally made was the reason the first alteration didnt fix the problem. I decided I had already lost enough money and time dealing with their extremely poor customer service.
