Ive had Bob perform my tax work for close to 20 years. In all of those years hes completed my return in a reasonable time frame. A good many of my returns have been multi-state with various elements of complexity. I know I would pay nearly twice as much for similar services elsewhere. So, as much as I can understand the previous reviewers point of view it doesnt mention that an extension is not chargeable or penalized unless taxes go unpaid past the deadline. I dont know tax code and I dont have to, I have Bob.

I cant believe Im actually paying for bad service. Those were the thoughts that registered in my mind as I paid for my taxes. We were lead to believe the taxes would be completed in a respectable timeframe, after one month, we were down to tax day awaiting our tax completion. We were told a specific time to pick them up, arriving 2 hours after this time, the taxes were still not completed. Upon return there was another gentleman in the lobby that expressed going through the same thing. He was under the impression that his taxes wouldve been completed within 10 days and a month later the taxes were still incomplete. Our taxes were at least completed by the tax filing deadline, but unfortunately, the gentleman had to wait until the next day to receive his and therefore had to have an extension filed on his behalf. Bad service, still paid full price, no excuse offered.
