Don’t waste your time and money here. I really don’t recommend to filling tax here. The service is very bad and they did some bad attitude with me, I came to the office and filed the filling form to my tax for 2020 and I gave a copy of my tax papers, I paid the filling fees after that I moved outside Indiana. I called them over 50 times no response and they blocked my phone number and took my money since March, they didn’t complete a service, they didn’t send me the tax return file and details until this moment. Now I’m stuck on this and I don’t know what should I do, really I feel very down and upset 😓

I wanted to try something new so I came to this office. I was happy with how professional the staff was and efficient their work was. I had a lot of tax documents to file and they were able to handle it with out a problem. They explained every step to me and answered all my questions clearly. Very happy I came here and I will be coming back next year.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a lot of issues with my previous tax return because of my ex. But the ladies at affordable tax went abve and beyond to resolve those issues. I am so thankful and always recommend them to all of my friends and family. They will give you a price estimate before they start and there are no hidden fees . The accountant was very helpful with my paperwork and very nice. I had too many mistakes when trying to file on my own online. Now I got it fixed at a good price. I shouldve came here before trying to file on my own.

Went to H&R Block previous years. I was charged an insane amount so I decided to try a new office. Affordable Tax was able to complete my tax return for half of what H&R Block charged me! There were also previous mistakes corrected and I received a huge refund.

I was doing the tax filing for the first time and reached out to the wrong person. There were lot of mistakes made in my Federal and State Tax Returns. Also, I did a refiling through another consultant after running back and forth to the IRS Office. My colleagues who did the tax returns after me even got the returns. I am still awaiting for my tax refund to be approved.My sincere advice is not to go to this Affordable Tax Service, it is very expensive, inefficient and inexperienced poor service.

I was assisted right away and filed for my personal and business returns. I received a letter in the mail from the IRS and I did not understand what it was for. I visited the office again and the staff assisted me and explained it was a normal letter. So if anyone else gets this letter it was just to verify my identity! Thank you for the help i appreciaite it. I also started doing payroll with this business so i can Keep my bsuiness organize.

I had a very bad experience. All the details entered for state taxes were incorrect and very expensive. As a result, our tax returns are struck in the process, very frustrating.Inspite of correcting the mistakes several times which she was preparing the tax, she gave us the incorrect details on the final papers... very furstating!!!! Would not recommend at all...
