We used ARCpoint Labs for COVID-19 testing for travel requirements after being told our results from the pharmacies would be 3-5 days late. Cannot recommend Kisty and her team enough. They were quick, accommodating, and friendly.

I went in for a COVID test. The nurse was excellent. Very nice. But they have me the wrong test. Apparently there are two COVID tests. I was given an antigen test while my company required the other kind. I had no idea and was not asked. If asked, I could’ve confirmed what they required. I had to take another test which cost me an hour away from my gig.

Staff are excellent and everything is very efficient. But the price is high and results do not arrive in time frame promised. I need results on time in order to work so I will go elsewhere.

This company is a joke. Dont waste your money. If I could give this company less than a one I would. I still have never received my covid results. I paid 145 for nothing. They also will most likely never answer their phones and if they do, they set the phone to the side till you finally just hang up. Dont waste your time or money. This company is a JOKE!

I received the Covid 19 PCR test within 2 days and they can even deliver the report over the weekend. They are very responsive by email and calls. The staffs at the facility are very kind. Highly recommend. I appreciate the service.

My partner booked a test early December for the 16th of December as she had a flight on the 19th, she went in on the 16th and they didn’t have her details but still said she could have a test done then and there as it wasn’t busy. She paid $145 for a 2 day test, we are here 2 weeks later STILL with NO results.

I did my covid test and results were back in 2 days . Schedule appointment was easy and they help me through the process.

This has been the most unprofessional experience. I sent a team of people to be tested for COVID. I got reports from them saying they called the office and the person that has the results was late or never showed up. This has happened multiple times. So the office had the results for a day or two but could not release them because no one else had access to the email inbox from the lab except for this one person. When I arrived for my test, 1 person was running the whole office. So the same person running the tests was also answering the phones and taking in new patients. The test was rushed and now they want me to come back and retake the test because they screwed up and the lab wants the test to be retaken. If you have ever had the COVID test, it is very uncomfortable. They jam a swab up into your brain through each your nostrils. They want me to repeat that process so they can screw up again. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your time and money.

Needed Drug Testing and Background Checks for my employees, the owner walk me through the different options and was able to set up an account for us quickly. I am able to get my results fast and my employees are tested quicly

I felt very welcomed as i entered the facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful through out the entire process. I was shocked by how fast I was able to get my tested done, no waiting at all. Compared to other drug testing sites, Arcpoint was amazing to say the least. I would refer them to any one and everybody. I also saw they do DNA testing which could be very useful. 2 thumbs up Arcpoint.

I was scheduled to get my TSA precheck at ARCpoint. They accept walk-ins, but I had an appointment. I arrived for my appointment and the person who was supposed to handle it simply was not there. She was off site and might be back in an hour. I found this to be very unprofessional. At a minimum, I should have received a phone call letting me know that ARCpoint needed to reschedule my appointment.

I had some issues with the FAA and their drug policies and ArcPoint was the only company that could rectify the situation. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you again for cutting through the red tape.

I agree with the other comments about the woman at the desk. I called the office and found her rude and confrontational. Im looking for another testing site.
