Brian always checks with me as he is on route to my place to 1) let me know he is coming, and 2) see if there is anything specific that needs to be addressed. He then sends me a detailed report of what he found and what he did. Great service!

I had a bed bug problem treated quickly, and in a timely manner, but shortly after treatment I was still seeing bugs. I kept texting my salesman and he said that he would talk to the manager, and that’s been 4 weeks now. After paying $1,530 for treatment, I would expect for it to actually work, and if I tell someone that it didn’t work, and I’m still seeing bugs, I expect the issue to be resolved. Service was done on 6/25/21 and now I’ve been ghosted.

Excellent service, I can always rely on the technicians to do their best job. They arrive on time, they are thorough, polite and always explain to the best of their abilities what is going on. When there’s issues in between services, they respond Quickly and professionally. Thumbs up!

Absolute waste of money. Products do nothing. I had contacted them about an ant problem I had in only one part of my house. They said they guaranteed it and would come back and repeat treatments if need be. Well I gave them plenty of chances and several repeat visits and the ants never stopped invading and on top of that I even had more gnats! There satisfaction guarantee or your money back also a scam I did not get my money back after around spending $250 for sugar water. Manager said he would get back in touch with me, never happened, attempted to call again, no answer. What a joke. Use my own products now from a insecticide website and amazingly I cured the problem with a little more research! Wow I should open my own insect company I think after this experience! I even recommended to the tech that visited to try another method and he just looked at me like I was speaking French! Well I took care of the problem on my own but I would not waste your money here unless u just like to waste money !

Each summer we have an ant problem. The lovely customer service person on the phone pointed out it would save our company money if I signed up for quarterly treatments vs. having them come treat on an as needed basis. And the quarterly package includes treating our office along with the seasonal parking area ant issue.

Friendly and effective service. Pet friendly treatments (We have dogs). I have a bimonthly service plan. I get an inspection and general treatment once every two months and if I see bugs I dont like, I call and theyll usually be out the next day (or sometimes even the same day) to handle the situation. Absolutely excellent service and quite economical as well.

After a bad experience with another exterminator company, I gave Action a call. They were able to do a same day inspection. The inspector was so once and took the time to explain the different options. On extermination day, the technicians were so friendly and helpful. I could not recommended this company enough.

Terrible business, We contracted for ONLY one year. After the initial visit, they never showed up again, as far as we can tell. We were never notified. We paid up front, which was a mistake, After the year was up they have kept billing us for additional service. BEWARE!

We have asked repeatedly for this company to only come by our house by appointment because we have dogs and want to make sure they are out of the way. Eddie from Action Pest Control never schedules anything, leaves the gate our open, and has broken the latch on our gate. I call the company every time, and I get a lukewarm apology.Today I was home, and Eddie showed up. He didnt ring the doorbell, but after the dogs started barking he knocked. I reminded him that he was only supposed to come when scheduled, and he rudely told me he did schedule it. He read our phone numbers, but he hadnt talked to either of us, and we didnt have any missed calls from him.Dont use this company.

First thing was try to double charge. Then the say they came to treat and did an extra treatment we no on was home. Then they show up over two weeks early for treatment and the guy says, I just do what the office says . But he did not treat inside. Then chatge for it. Dont think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing at this business. Would not recommend them.

Don’t know if the actual exterminator will like this review or not but it looks like they got rid of my yellow jackets in one visit. Probably not a fan of messing with bees but he did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again for any future pest problems.

Found fleas on our dogs that stay outside and in our detached garage, was worried that they were being brought in to the house. Wanted an estimate for going ahead and treating our house just Incase. I was asked what type of flooring our garage had. Then was told we can’t help you because we don’t do concrete. So they can’t treat my HOUSE because my DETACHED GARAGE is concrete?!? I am more than happy to give my money to someone else!!!

Dennis visited my home for our initial treatment and visit and I cannot day enough good things about him! He was so sweet and quiet because he knew I had 2 kids napping when he came. He was very thorough and answered all my questions! It was a great first experience working with the company! Called to have an ant problem taken care of and was told the earliest they could come out was Friday (for 4th of July week, thats great)... almost immediately after getting off the phone with HQ, Brandon gave me a call and said he had an opening in his afternoon and wanted to get rid of the ants ASAP would be over shortly. Customer service is absolutely amazing and I would recommend working with Action for any pest problems in your home!(P.S. The ants are gone 😁)

Action Pest Control did a great job. I called because I was seeing ants already in February and I wanted it taken care of. I called for a quote and they came out and did an inspection for free. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. They were there on time and I feel that is important. After the inspection, I decided to continue to use their service and they were here just a few days later to spray the house. Definitely recommend!

I am a much happier homeowner thanks to the pros at Action Pest Control. Ed Jones is excellent along with his team of technicians. Ive had two different techs in my home and was equally impressed with both of them. They were pleasant, efficient and forthcoming with helpful tips and information. I have signed up with their quarterly program because of persistent ants. The treatments are effective and I have seen great improvement, but if pests return Action Pest Control will re-treat. Reasonable rates, great service and more importantly results - what more could you ask for.

I had it in my head I might have bed bugs. Even after Ed came out on Tuesday morning to do a visual inspection (he found nothing), I wasnt quite ready to believe I didnt have bugs. Even though Ed assured me he didnt see any signs of the nasty pest. So, I scheduled an appointment for the K9 team to come in and do an inspection. Todd and Izzy were at my home this morning. You cant imagine my relieve when the inspection proved to me that I did not have bed bugs.Todd not only made me understand how the inspection with Izzy would work, he helped me to relax and understand that no matter what the outcome, everything would be okay. I cant even put into words how I was feeling. He explained that if there was even one bed bug in my house Izzy would find it.And, like I said, it turned out I do not have a bed bugs! Praise God. Todd and Izzy gave me my peace of mind back. Todd showed such professionalism, kindness, and understanding. He made me smile for the first time in over a week. What a great guy! When I tell you I was mortified when I found bed bugs in my bed, I was sobbing that whole day, but then I called action. My fears and anxiety were relieved. After they finished the heat treatment I was still a little anxious just because theres always the what if thoughts. About 25-26 days after the treatment I asked if someone could come and spray one last time. They were very friendly for the most part and made getting rid of bed bugs seem super easy. Its now been about a month and a couple weeks since the treatment and I am bed bug and anxiety free😊

These guys are great to work with. We had a pretty bad experience our first round of heat treatment. Difficulty dealing with the scheduler, the salesman that was supposed to do the walk through scheduled a visit, then didnt even show up three times. After the first treatment, they would have gotten a pretty negative review.However, I got a hold of the manager, Kerry, and he was wonderful. He let me know that they were having trouble with one of there employees and that that specific employee was actually let go that same week. He scheduled a second treatment for free, and it went really well.I was pretty upset after the first round, but Kerry really made it up to me. I would highly recommend these guys as professional, customer oriented. They show real concern for you and your situation.
