Best barber Ive met. I cant believe what hes been able to do with my super fine hair.

I had been looking for a new haircut place and saw the rave reviews on this place. Had to call to set up an appointment which was easy and no big deal. Vernon cut my hair and did a great job. He took his time and the results showed. It wasn’t super cheap, but worth every dollar. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

This was a great experience! There were some minor rescheduling issues at first but I get it. After the whole COVID-19 mess and people rushing in to get their hair done, mine was going to take some extra time due to being a “tailor-made” first time cut. So that wasn’t a big concern for me.But once I got in the chair and I showed him the pics of the cut I was referring to, he nailed it! At the end of the day (my appointment was for 7:15 or 7:30) this man spent an hour and a half getting it just right! Next time it should go quicker now that he knows what I’m looking for and there are some adjustments I’D like to make, nothing that he did wrong. Just minor things that I think I’d like to make.Went to a friends house right afterward and he immediately said, “Wow! He did you RIGHT!” He sure did! Smooth experience and definitely will be coming back. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality and care.

I’ve been looking for a good barber for my boyfriend for a long time now & haven’t been able to find one until i landed on this one. My boyfriend & I are very happy & satisfied w/ his haircut, he takes his time, and cautiously cuts through the hair. Making it look even, clean, nice and easy to style! Absolutely happy with this place, highly recommend it!

They are the best barbershop for men by far. They also does women’s hair too. Ask for Vernon, he is by far the best barber I have ever had and I am retired and that says a lot. There are other stylists there too. They rate a 10, but 5 is the highest score they can get. Their average score of 5.0 out of 5.0 speakers for itself when over 100 customers scored them. Appointments are needed so plan accordingly.

Vernon fixed a bad haircut I got elsewhere. He took his time and gave me a great cut.

Was looking for someone to razor shave a baby’s head as part of mundan or tala neelalu ceremony... i was taken by surprise that Vernon knew about the indian tradition... Took my 8month old baby boy to him ... and boy o boy he is amazing... he really knows how to shave a baby’s head... very clean n safe shave and super duper patient with all the crying of the lil one...

Based on all the positive reviews I drove nearly 20 minutes to go here instead of the local shop right down the street from where I live, and I was not disappointed. Cindy took me right away and gave me a great haircut experience, all at a great price, and done fairly quickly. Highly recommended

Best barber around. Vernon can do it all. Fade, Fro, High Top, Trim, etc. Hes your man. Easily took care of my crown pop outs in just one cut, hasnt been back since. Only barber Ive ever had thats cut my hair RIGHT!

Vernon is an excellent barber. If more stars had been available I would have added them.I went to the barbershop following a recommendation from a friend as I needed a haircut for my wedding, and Vernon did not disappoint. He was patient with me as my hair was too long to start with and so he had to do some shampooing before giving me a short haircut. He worked on my hair like it was a piece of art. The result was the best haircut I have ever had, which was perfect as I wanted to be in a top notch condition for my wedding. I received countless compliments, the bride loved it as well.I strongly recommend Vernon for ahaircut as he will do it right the first time and leave you with a smile!

This review reflects my two personal experiences. I would give him 6/5 stars if possible. Mens cut and Beard Style/Trim. My cut was fresh and made me look like a stud on my wedding day, by far one of the best haircuts of my life with regard to styling. My beard would rival Tony Stark. His charges I felt were fair for the experience. Beard was trimmed with single blade and shaving cream was warmed. Overall I felt very no-nonsense man-pampered. If youre in Indy and need a fresh look for a special event or just because, definitely worth your time and money!

Vernon has been the only barber Ive chosen to cut my hair for the last 12 years. If that doesnt illustrate how highly I think of him, Im not sure what would.Just make sure you schedule in advance, as his skills are highly sought after and his appointments fill up.

Best Fade In Indianapolis.I’m 35. I’ve been going to Vernon for 6 of those years. One thing is for certain, he can hook up a fade. I always say, I wish I would have found him when I was younger and actually had more hair to work with. However, he somehow manages to make what I still have look fresher than before. I sit in the chair and he knows exactly what to do. Not only that, but if I show up a little early I can always count on him having my favorite drink waiting for me after a long day at work. Good dude, great cuts. I heard the straight razor shaves are on point too. If you are in the area, give him a call, and he will get you set up.

Vernon has been cutting my hair for almost a year now. Even with very fine and straight hair, Vernon works magic. In fact, I have learned more in the past year about how my hair grows than in the 40+ years of getting my hair cut. Vernons patience for working with clients is matched only with his passion for being a master barber. If you have normal to complicated hair, Vernon is the barber for you. He took excellent care of me on my first visit, which was right before my wedding, and has been taking care of me since. I cannot imagine another barber with his skills, especially with clippers. Highly recommend without reservation!

Vernon Lee gave my heavy beard an excellent trim and he even fixed my bad haircut. He knows what hes doing with the clippers, scissors and straight edge blade. The hot towel on my face was extra nice. Highly recommend this barber.

I have been going to Vernon for over a year and I get a haircut and beard trim. Both the haircut and beard trim are the best Ive ever gotten. Unlike a lot of barbers that simply go through the motions and try to get a job done as quickly as possible, Vernon gives absolute devotion to getting the job done right, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Also, most barbers dont really understand beards and whats involved in doing a top notch beard trim - a lot of barbers claim to be able to do beard trims but their results are only mediocre or worse. Vernon is able to trim both long and short beards at the highest level of quality and precision. I had a very long beard style for about a year and Vernon helped maintain my long beard look. Now I have a shorter beard style and he has also done an amazing job keeping my short beard look very precise and professional. If you want a haircut and/or beard trim then look no further, Vernon is the best you will find anywhere.
