This was the first time taking my vehicle to Gateway. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism. I spoke with Rusty on the phone and gave him a quote I had gotten from the dealership. Rusty was about $600 less than the dealership. With such a huge discrepancy I asked Rusty if that price was correct. I actually told him what the dealer was going to charge. He dug in a little deeper to make sure he wasn’t missing something. This was his opportunity to say “oops, I did misquote you. It is going to be more than my original price”. Instead, Rusty said that his price was correct and if he ran into something that he didn’t expect he would NOT charge me anymore than what he originally quoted. He did the repair and didn’t charge a penny over what he said. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days but Rusty and Gateway are the exception. I will go back with any other auto repairs I need in the future and would encourage anyone else to use them as well. I could not be more satisfied!!!
