Usually don’t leave reviews but wanted to make sure these guys get all of the positive recognition that they deserve. I’ve been here a few times and everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely helpful, kind, and delivered quick and quality work for a very reasonable price. Ask anyone around- this is the go to place for wheel repair and powdercoating. They recently powdercoated my Acura wheels in gloss black- fantastic work!
The pictures speak for themselves. Dropped two wheels off on the first day to see how they looked before taking all four. When I got the first two back, I immediately went home and brought the other two back. Both sets of wheels were done the next day. They told me one-two days (it took one). They quoted me $150 based on the pictures I sent them (before pictures), and they charged $150. I would definitely recommend them.
Had a terrible experience this week with Alloy Wheel Repair. Started off pretty simple, bring in my wheel, get a couple cracks repaired overnight and pick up the wheel the next day. However, I call to find out they dont have the materials or equipment to perform the job and was told the delivery would be coming the next day.Once again, I get no communication this morning from the company, I show up and they say my wheel is not done. At this point, Im ready to just move on to another shop and call it a day. They bring out my wheel to go home, and it has been welded, but now the weld needs to shaped (grinded) to get tire to fit and hold. I ask to speak with the shop manager, and the front desk says he is too busy to talk with me.. The front desk says we need another night, so, I ask, are you open on Saturday? Answer, No. I would need to now wait to Monday, with my wheel in their shop since Wednesday. As Im leaving the shop, I see the door is open, and I ask the guy (who was super helpful) in the shop what does he need to complete the job? What parts, etc are you waiting on to be delivered?? A simple grinding 4.5 wheel is needed to replace their only grinder in the shop. Ok, I ask if I go purchase a grinding wheel, can he finish the job. Says, yes, most likely.I go to Harbor Freight and purchase two grinding wheels for $10, and he gets the job done in about 30 minutes. Then the front desk ask me if I need to pay, I said, happy to discuss with your manager have them call me, he comes back and says he needs to figure out the cost. Then charges me the original quote for $125. I said how about the $10 grinding wheels? He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. They probably have had a good business, I was initially relieved to take my corvette rim to them for service after reading all the positive reviews, and normally would not write such a novel on my experience with a company, but seriously, buyer beware!!Here is my receipt and the old grinder wheel they were working with.
Love their work. Best pricing in town!
From the front office team of Jess and Carlos, to the back office repair specialists, all did a wonderful job on my wheels! A great experience all around; highly recommend their services….thank you team!
Amazing work. Well priced. Super quick turn around time. Weve used them 3 times thanks to low profile tires and indiana pot holes. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a rim repaired!!
If you have a nice car, don’t bring it here! I brought my Alfa Romeo here to have all 4 wheels refinished. Really only needed 2 wheels refinished due to some curb rash from previous owner. The person told me I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference in the factory finish and their finish if I had all of them done together, just in case the color was slightly different. I decided to let them do all 4 wheels. When I went to pick it up the first time, they had a blue hue to them and I noticed it as soon as I walked up to the car! They said they had a new painter and they would have to redo them and take the blue tint out. I also showed them the pinched look, orange peel, cratering paint in the corners. The guy told me, most people wouldn’t notice that, but I guess you not like most people! I told them I didn’t want them to rush it, I just wanted it done right when I came to pick it up. It’s an hour and a half for me to drive one way! They kept it for another week and said that was the best they could do on the finish. I was still not happy. They took a whole $50 off the $600 price tag. Got my car back home and washed it and it is covered in overspray😡. I’ve spent 4 hours using a clay bar removing the overspray and polishing it back out. I don’t recommend Alloy Wheel Specialist. They didn’t even apologize for such poor quality or ask if there was any way to make it right. I’m going to have to pay someone else to refinish the poor quality paint job after spending $550!
I took my wife’s 22” rim from her 2012 Dodge Challenger that was cracked and bent to Alloys.Great one day service and excellent job repairing both defects!Appreciate your work..
Dont know what he did but I had a devider in my trunk that is now completely covered in dust
Update : The wheel I had refinished by them already started chipping paint away at multiple spots so I went back to make them aware of it and she told me she wont look at the wheel until I pay them more money and if not, I should take my business elsewhere. Upon taking my car to other repair shop, they told me same wheel that I had fixed is still bent and they make you sign a waiver NO WARRANTY AS IS when you pick up your wheel. So how are you supposed to know if wheel is fixed or not until you drive your car for which you have to sign the waiver before actually trying it on? Thats preposterous.....I was a returning customer since they did my wheel same day last time. This time I had a really minor bent and they told me 3 days for full restore. So I gave it and guess what?.... it took them almost 20 days to finish the job. Then I went again for another wheel repair/quote about hour and half before they close and the white woman at front desk was extremely rude. She spoke to me as if Im a teenager trying to get free stuff from her, which I wasnt despite me explaining to her that I need my wheel fixed and Im a returning customer. In between our conversation she just picked up a phone call in middle of my sentence and I just walked out. I hope someone else opens a wheel repair shop in indy since these people do not want customers to return. Just be careful if youre a minority they might profile you since no one else in the market to compete with them
If you value your wheels I suggest you going anywhere else, I took my $4000 dollar racing wheels here and they did a super subpar job. The paint color is about the only thing they got close. They painted the inner barrel without my permission and removed all the authentication stickers seriously devaluing my wheels. They took my Rays valve stem caps and replaced them with cheapos. There are several areas where the paint is not smoothly or cover evenly. I had to have 2 tires replaced after I got my wheels back because they took huge chunks out of the tire while mounting it on the wheel. Also didnt try to contact me when my wheels were finished and I had to constantly call to see if they were done.
Great service! I brought my rim in and they assessed and repaired it in 24 hours. It cost $100, which was cheaper than the $315 the dealership wanted for a new rim. Very happy with the service and repair. Id definitely recommend this place to a friend! (You can see my damaged rim, but I forgot to take a picture of it once it was repaired).
I just had the wheels on my Cayman refinished @AWRSINC and I could not be happier. The process was simple and the people in Indy (Thanks Randi) were very professional and easy to work out the details. I highly recommend them, and will be back for another set for my other car. They were happy to spray them the paint code I brought them. Awesome!
Rims turned out GREAT!! Just had my 13-year old OEM alloy rims refinished -- powder coated and machined wheel faces. Fixed my bead leaks and made a HUGE improvement cosmetically!! Rims were VERY badly corroded, and leaking air pretty bad around the beads -- but no cracks or dents in the rims. I was airing them up every few days. I was a little skeptical that they could fix all the leaking, and cosmetically I was hoping for just an improvement. Im VERY PLEASED with the end result! Seems they have conquered all the bead leaks, and the rims look great! To be honest, when I first got the car back, one rim still had a slow bead leak on the backside. When I made a follow-up call to report this issue, they were very apologetic and got me right back in to get it fixed. No more issues so far. In my opinion, Im in a better position with these refinished OEM rims than I would be if I used the same money to buy some inexpensive after-market rims.My only regret: I didnt pursue getting these rims refinished several years ago!! I definitely waited too long to get this service.
They came to my work in a nice looking mobile repair van and fixed the curb rash on my wheel. The service was hassle free and wheel looks like new again. Also the price was cheaper than most of the drop off services I received quotes from. Definitely my go to wheel repair company from now on. A+A+A+
I saw some of their work as well as got a quote for some work I want done. They were thorough in helping me make an educated choice on how to proceed. The cost might surprise you, not as much as I thought it would be. They do good work from what I saw.
Recently had my 4 wheels restored and repaired here. Did one first to see quality and returned to have other 3 done later. When I arrived to pick up my car they had used the wrong sheen on my 3 remaijjng wheels! And my car was there the whole time. Instead of satin they did semi gloss. And they put one of my tires on backwards. And tires had less than 30 lbs air pressure each! So that took 2 days and I then had to take my car back for another 2 days to repair the wheels. What a mess! They look ok now but the owners/managers were not present and when I did talk to them about a partial credit, they were indifferent and didnt even apologize. And to make it worse, I just noticed today that they broke my locking wheel socket and didnt even bother to tell me! Unreal! Good luck....
Great experience and very professional. Saved me hundreds from buying new rim. Great experience and would recommend to friends and family!
Went to Alloy to replace a wheel in January, they ordered the wrong color but insisted they could color match it. The picture shows their attempt to match (Front wheel, still lighter than the original wheels). I took it back to Alloy and the girl at the front desk said they could make it darker to match the others. When I went to pick it up, the two wheels on the drivers side matched, but all they did was paint the rear wheel to match the lighter paint they used on the front. When I asked her directly if that was what they did, she lied to my face and said they painted the front one darker. When I pointed out the rear wheel was spotless, and the front one still had brake dust and grime all over it, all she could say was that they cleaned the rear wheel to get a good color sample...Go somewhere else and avoid these clowns.
All though my rim was not repairable customer service was great! Thanks guys, I will definitely recommend to all my friends.
Justin and his team did an outstanding job repairing a rim for my wife. Thanks!
The wheels look like new and come with a lifetime guarantee, I am very pleased!
I received all the information that I needed visiting I will be back to get my rims painted and rim fix thanks
They were able to get me in right away, offered several paint options for my rims on my Cadillac and had them done in 2 days. We chose black and they turned out amazing! Great service, communication, price, and final product - great place!
**Update** Refund arrived in the mail today. Thank you, AWRS for finally following thru.**Beware**Deceitful and dishonest company. Long story short; had wheels powder coated and a TPMS sensor was damaged/misplaced/stolen(was never given a reason or explanation) and replaced with an aftermarket sensor that my vehicle doesnt recognize. All without my knowledge or consent. After bringing this to their attention, I was told a check for my replacement cost, $250, would be mailed. Three months later, nothing. Ive contacted them repeatedly and given the brush off. This company does not care about doing the right thing.
Great quality of work done on my wheels, however they lack in communication and customer service.I took my car in at 7 AM on a Tuesday. The previous week I was told powder coating my wheels was a 2 day process. By Thursday at 4:30 PM I had not heard a word from them and decided to call for an update. Turns out there was an issue with one of the wheels, no problem that happens, but why was I not notified of this delay earlier??After speaking with the office assistant she informed me they would have someone in to fix it overnight and have it ready Friday. Friday comes around and I call for an update around noon. It takes 7 calls to their shop before I get hold of someone. Come to find out my wheel is not done after a guarantee the night before and that there was no possible way it could be done that day. Needing my car for the weekend they put my car back together and I returned it the following Monday at 7 AM.I get a call that night from a worker asking me which wheel it is that needs fixed. 1) Why are they calling me, shouldnt they keep record of what wheel they need to fix? 2) My car should have been done the week prior, why are they waiting 11 hours after I dropped it off to finally start working on it? The next day I do not receive a phone call that it is finished and have to call the worker on his cell phone to get a hold of any information as management went home for the night. This place is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service and has a dont worry we will call you when it is done attitude and will not provide any updates if any delays occur. It was a constant hassle to call them and get information on my car.For this reason I do not recommend them. Look elsewhere.
Highly recommend. Good people.
Have sent pics and asking about price and details and have not heard back.
It was not a place to work if you dont mine getting home late I didnt like getting home late
Well price ...good time good turn aroundGreat sales staff good experience
We’re traveling cross country in our RV towing a Smart car. Had hit several large potholes and wanted to have wheels looked at as we travelled through Indy so called Chris after reading reviews. He said to bring it right down and he’d look at it. No rims bent, but will need tires. Honest and straightforward evaluation and no attempt to sell me something I didn’t need. Appreciated it! I would highly recommend this business! Thanks again Chris!
They fixed the bent wheel fine. Reasonably priced. Only thing I didnt like was the painted on the inside was only done on the repaired area and not done all that great. However its on the inside and will be dirty and never seen. The actual wheel repair was great.
I was quoted at 4-5 days and $150. It took 6-7 and cost $150 to fix curb rash on 1 wheel. Which is totally understandable as the milled finish with tinted clear laquer on my wheels is a pain in the a$$.I just picked up my vehicle and other than some very small bumps on the inner part the thing looks better than new and they killed it.This is my second vehicle Ive left there to have wheels repaired and have not had any issues and recommend them for any wheel work you might have!
They did an amazing job and they got it done quickly.
This city would be lost without Alloy Wheel Repair. With our roads, they have saved my wheels multiple times. They always looked great! Customer service is awesome and the manager is great.
Far and away exceeded and surpassed my expectations. Had (3) wheels with curb rash they fixed and powder coated. I am not being over the top when I tell you that you will be astonished at what they are capable of fixing.Randi was extremely knowledgeable about what type of gloss to get and professional, courteous and friendly-cant really ask for more. Hope I never need to use them again but will be first and only place I go if I need to. A+
Service takes a couple weeks but great-looking job
Very helpful friendly people. Willing to help you with answers to your questions. Point you in the right direction on your search. A great place with greater people
For about half the cost of new wheels, I had the opportunity to have helpful, knowledgeable people return my wheels to factory specs. Im so glad I found them.
Ive had four sets of wheels refinished with AWRS and they never disappoint. Quick turn around and more importantly great work! Paint is like a factory finish.
Video really good job at a fair price
Just had my 2nd set powder coated by Alloy. Besides repairing your bent or damaged rims they make old rims come to life. They did a wonderful job on my jeep rims. I will recommend them everytime someone points out how awesome my rims look! Thank you again guys!! Great job!
We have had our car here twice and both times we were really satisfied. First time we brought our car with fancy alloy wheels to Alloy Wheel Repair to repair the wheels that had been curbed and were out of round from hitting chuckholes. When we picked up our car after only 1 day in the shop....we could not believe how great the wheels looked.Very courteous personnel and quick turnaround. Nice to know there is a place to take our nice cars when wheels need repair.
I took my 2018 Mercedes here. I tried to save money here and it didnt work out for me. I had a cracked rim due to the horrible potholes in Indianapolis. This company does a great job if you only want your wheels refurbished-they will look showroom new (I paid for this service too). BUT if you have expensive wheels I recommend that you just get them replaced (new or used). I lost time and money having my wheel repaired instead of just replacing it. My wheel was repaired (after not having my car for 2 days) and within 25 days I was at Mercedes having the wheel replaced completely. They do not guarantee their work at all....not even for 1 day so you take all the risk when you have a rim repaired here. If you have inexpensive wheels, go for it, but if your rims are expensive you will end up possibly paying even more and losing time.
Brought a wheel for a 1997 Town Car in. The seal would not hold thru the temperature fluctuations. $75, out the door. The response to email inquiries was virtually instantaneous. Brought it in late Tues., ready by Thursday. Was quite simple.
A few weeks ago I asked to have moderate curb rash removed from 2 of my aluminum wheels. AWRS did a spectacular job. Not only did they adapt to a compressed timeline, the product was better than new. Both wheel were perfect. So much so I am tempted to have my other 2 wheels done to match. I am very impressed with their service and I have every intention of using them again. Great job guys.
Is this place still in business? Online requests for estimates and phone messages go answered. 3+ weeks now of waiting for a response.
The shop did a great job repairing my aftermarket wheels. Straightened and refinished the wheels in areas they had been chipped/scratched. Reasonable price, great work, and friendly service. It was a pleasure dealing with Julie at their front desk during the presses. Very quick turn around time! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
Very efficient staff. Had a cracked wheel. Tire was on rim and not sure how far crack was. Would not be repaired if it was determined to be a safety factor. Turn around time usually 2-3 days. Wheel was done next day. Very professional and would recommend.
I’ve had nothing but good service from them twice!
Professional, friendly and accommodating. Came through for me when I needed them. Would easily utilize services in the future or refer. However, shop location and work hours were a bit challenging initially. Peter was superb.
I hit a pothole on I-65 and ended up cracking my rim. Chris got me right I’m and in 24 hours had my wheel repaired the next day! Great service at Reasonable prices! I will be a return customer if I need his services again!
All I can say is their work was fantastic. Julie was a treat to deal with up front, and Robert was knowledgeable and helpful, and their crew restored a 16 year old set of rare, German wheels to looking factory new. Wasnt cheap, but it was so worth it!
Very respectful reception staff. Very professional discussion. Awesome results and reasonable price - I wish I had known about this place a long time ago!
They charged me a $25 inspection fee to tell me that they could not repair the bend in my wheel, but of course offered to replace it with a new wheel that would have been a lot more expensive than the original repair. I picked it up from them in the morning and had the bend fixed by 3 oclock that same day by a far more professional, and apparently far more skilled, repair shop. Save yourself time and money and avoid these jokers altogether. Find a smaller establishment that actually cares about helping customers.
Was told it would take a firm 2 days to repair curb rash on 2 wheels and one of them being bent. Less than 24 hours later my RS was ready to be picked up. Second time going there, wouldnt go anywhere else.
I work at a dealership and this is probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a contractor. Very unprofessional, dont return calls as promised, absolutely no consideration for the customer who is without a vehicle for days while waiting for them to stop by. They may do good work if you can get them to show up.
There was no communication at all I was told they were keeping them for 2 days instead they kept them for 8 days with no phone calls (we had to call three or four times) I was told there were only two bad rims from two other tires shops (well known tires shops) they said they fixed all four (they said) without touching base with us (on price or time) they also said they were balanced and ready to be put back on truck and ready to go. However they were not we had to take them and have it done (out of pocket) again, they were completely unprofessional and unpleasant we drove a hour away because we scene good reviews they look good but we spent 800+ dollars and still had to have it back in the shop a few days later. (Different shop because of course they are not responding to our calls) I would not recommend taking your stuff there you will be unsatisfied, frustrated and broke.
I had severe rim rash on two wheels from driving alongside a curb. After repair, I cant even tell there was ever any damage. Fantastic job at a very reasonable price.
Went in for a bent rim and ended up having to do a full restore. Even though it cost a little bit more, Im happy with the end result. It looks brand new. I have zero complaints about their work or their prices. My only complaint is the inaccurate time quote I was given. I was originally told it might take 1-2 days because they were busier than usual. It ended up being a week before they called me to tell me that my wheel was finished. Its not an unreasonable time to wait for a full restore, I just wish they had given me a more accurate timeframe from the beginning. It messed up my work schedule for the following week.
I’ve used this company multiple times as a service advisor because my service manager had them as our preferred vendor and I had no choice. When the wheel can be repaired on site the process is quick and Justin does a great job. Unfortunately the ball is always dropped whenever Pete has to take the wheel back to the shop for cosmetic purposes. The communication once the wheel leaves is non existent. You have to call to get updates on the process and the promise times are never met. On multiple occasions the wheel cannot be repaired and no one calls you to let you know. So you are assuming the wheel is being worked on and it’s actually at a stand still. You call to find out what’s going on and it goes to voicemail, but whenever you call to have a repair scheduled they answer so I think it’s safe to assume they are screening calls. Lastly when mistakes are made no apology is offered or even a discount of any kind. Terrible customer service coming from a customer service specialist.
Pete did a great job of explaining the bead cleaning process and was very helpful. Julie at the front desk was very friendly and kept me updated as progress was made. Would recommend and use again.
WOW! Excellent repair to my wheels
Always fixed the the rim .will return
Very pleasant and professional. Did exactly as I asked to get me back on the road till my new wheel gets here. Will use them again.
I am glad that I chose Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. My wheel looked like brand new after the work was completed. I feel that their staff is skillful and knowledgeable in their work field
Very quick and easy to work with. Finished product looks like new.
Spoke to Andy on the phone and was very descriptive with what i wanted on the refinishing of my wheels. He gave me a price range from $100 to $125 per wheel. Brought my wheels in and was then told $165 per wheel. Talk about bait and switch! Bad business practice... Left without having them done, and wont go back or recommend them to anyone!
Visited AWRS and tried to obtain exact wheel refinishing information but the female Administrative Assistant was annoyed that I wanted to talk to a person that actually performed the work. I later called and asked to speak to the General Manager and yet again she had a smart mouth attitude and said not to call anymore. Pricing estimates inconsistent. Stay away from this place. Obviously she does not care about the business.
Just a little unpredictable on delivery. Wheels look good.
Called this location upon a recommendation from the team at Costco tire service. Left a voicemail twice and received no call back. Called a third time in did not leave a message.
From the time I called Julie was very helpful and showed top notch customer service to me and also assisted me in such a way if I ever needed their services again I would not hesitate
Very reasonable and staff were very nice and welcoming.
They do great work but they dont make reservations, you have to drop your car off and wait until they get to it. We had to wait a week without the car.
1 day turn around. Wheel is beautiful again. Looks like a new wheel for a lot less money.
They did a great job on my rim repair, much appreciated, customer service gal has room for improvement, i was nervous and she was very short n not sweet
Wheels look like new.
Wheels look great!, everyone there very helpful, Highly recommend!
I was extremely impressed with my experience at AWRS. I had the rims on my 2011 Range Rover Supercharged powerdercoated gloss black. They look amazing! This is the 3rd car Ive done, but 1st time using AWRS, and the quality of their work is excellent. Price was competitive, and, best of all, they completed the work ahead of schedule. That never happens!I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my cars going forward.
They squeezed me in and got my rim fixed before going on a long weekend trip! Great Service, reliable, and definitely would recommend!
I give it two stars just cause the actual metal work appears ok. I dropped my bent rim at the end of their day at like 4:50pm on tuesday. Was told it should take up to 3 days. Due to the nature of my job with water, I dont take my phone to work, but they called me thursday while I was at work and left a message telling me its an outside bend and may cause some exterior marks. So I called back to say thats fine I just need my rim($100). This was about 4pm they close at 5pm. No call back. That day my spare rim hit a pothole and bent and destroyed it. So friday comes I call in to work, no way there. I call them that day no one answers the phone, so I leave a message for them to call me back and let me know whats going on. No call back. I call off work again now saturday. And call to find out they are closed all weekend. Monday comes called them 9:15am they opened at 8a. Still no call back from calling them on the weekend. I show up not only were my rims done thursday or friday but no one ever called me to let me know and they said i could have paid $45 more to fix the cosmetics on the rim. Cause my rim is a factory silver and they paint over the work with powder white paint over the area. They said they were overwhelmed. So then why close at 5pm everyday and not at least work a on saturday till you get caught up? Poor communication which means poor management. Good luck. I expected more from a company with Indianapolis in their name like they would know every year about this time this is going to happen. What roads are they driving in on?
March 2019Once again I gave them another shot on fixing my wheels and once again very disappointed. This time they said they couldn’t fix them that the center hub was bent which was not the case so I had to pay a $25 inspection fee even after I was told by the lady at the desk that they were repairable. Will never go back!March 2018Took my rim in on monaday morning shortly after they opened to have the rim refinished and bend in it fixed was told that it would be 2-3 days and end up taking 5 days and was not refinished so I said something about it they offered a small discount and I took it but I wasn’t aware that the paint on the rim would start chipping so now I have a rim that has paint chipping more and more very unsatisfactory services
AWRS repaired two of my wheels in April 2017. I was super excited to get them back the very next day. When the wheels arrived, (my boss picked them up) the repairs were not what i was expecting. I genuinely expected them to repair the wheels to like new shape despite not wanting them to paint them. (had fresh powdercoat and the repair was the inner half of the wheel only.) The wheels werent even returned to properly round. They balanced out and held air, and i needed them back so i just wrote it off as the price I pay for driving Indiana roads. This past week I took the wheels off to get new tires and found 3 cracks in the front wheel that had been repaired. I called AWRS today and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Aside from her impoliteness, she decided, without all of the information, that I had damaged my own wheel again and that there was no way AWRS was culpable. Now I wasnt expecting AWRS to assume full responsibility. But considering there was no tire damage, no major impacts, and very few miles on the car/wheel since the repair, I was expecting them to at least hear me out. I am extremely disappointed. I was disappointed with the initial repair. And am appalled at the customer service I received today.I implore you to look elsewhere for wheel repair in central Indiana.
I give AWRS a big five stars. My experience was top notch. I took four wheels that has some serious curb rash to AWRS and the results were incredible. They stripped the wheels (via dipping I believe), sanded, primed, painted, clear coated, and cured them in an oven. That is five different steps if you were not counting. The wheels looked new when I picked them up. Color match? Yes, spot on. They had my exact OEM silver. Their pricing is also very fair. I will be a repeat AWRS customer.Follow-up, approx five months later: I took a second set of wheels here. It ends up one was damaged beyond repair. AWRS located a replacement wheel for me at a very reasonable price. This time I had them mount tires on the wheels. They did a great job balancing the wheels. I drive fast on occasion, higher speeds reveal the quality of wheel balancing. I am a very happy return customer.
Great service and great work
Very professional, quick turn around and great pricing!
Apprently they don’t warrant any work that they do. if you get it repaired and if their work fails they tell you your SOL. No customer service after i’ve had THREE wheels repaired by them
Run away from them. When asked for a refund for a welded wheel that failed 3 months later, Robert asked me to call the owner claiming he could not issue a refund from the credit card machine (which is a complete BS). The owner - Peter, of course, did not pick up the phone when I immediately called even though Robert spoke with him just seconds ago. The wheel weld quality was really poor and the face refinishing was completely off (the whole face of the wheel turned yellow and had excess clear coat). Oh, they also tried to see whether maybe the weld failed due to me damaging the wheel (which it did not - they made me wait 20 mins while they checked the wheel on a a machine but it was fine). See the Yelp review for photos - I could not attach them here. These guys do not stand behind their work and I recommend you go elsewhere. I wasted $175 on their crappy workmanship so hopefully you will not make the same mistake as me.
Buyer beware Alloy welded crack in wheel less than 30 days ago for $175.00 and it cracked again in exactly the same place they repaired. When I asked for some dispensation. i.e. repair it under warranty . The response was no you hit a pothole no warranty!!! They had no answer for why the hitting the pothole caused it to crack again in the area they just repaired??? Repair quality issue perhaps
Didnt fix everything I needed fixed....
Friendly staff, all of them including the tech who worked on my wheel! Thanks, I hope I dont need wheel repayre again, but Ill come back here if I do!
Dropped my (loose) wheel off for a dent repair and it was completed in less than 24 hours. Rate was very fair and included tire handling (dismount, remount, and re-balance).
Great price and quality work! Trust them as there is not any company that can touch their work!
Never actually made it in the shop to get any work done. The guy I spoke to, Andy, was super rude on the phone and laughed when I tried to ask questions. Took my business elsewhere!
Very satisfied
