They knocked it out of the park again.First time to share my experience although we have dealt with them several times in the past ten years. They are awesome. Each time they have worked on our cars we have been more than pleased. They are so great to deal with and work so well with us. It truly is a family business and they treat customers like family. I totally recommend using this business for your collision; etc repairs. We have dealt with Greg several times in the past and this time we dealt with Austin, Nikki, and Liz as well. They are an amazing group to do business with.

My vehicle was involved in an auto accident. Langfords gave a detailed estimate, and started work right away. I loved the regular text messages they would send keeping me informed. My car was ready when promised, and it looks beautiful! Customer Service and quality of workmanship were excellent!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Langfords for close to 2 decades. They always do great work.

Less than two weeks after moving to Indy, my 350z hits the pothole from hell. It mangled my front bumper and bent both the passenger front and rear wheels. 4:44am on a Saturday, great night. I call my Insurance company and they recommend Langford Collision Repair. Dustin and his staff got my car back up to par. He made sure all components were back the original shape. Two front lower control arms, rear lower control arm, front bumper, fender skirt, side rail, steering knuckle, ball joint, two reconditioned wheels (looks brand new). Im sure I missed something but they buttoned up BeatriZ very nicely. Thank you all for your commitment to excellence. I strongly recommend this collision shop.

We recently had our van repaired at this shop and had a great experience. It took longer than expected, but that was outside their control with Covid. We really appreciated the communication with every step of the process.I always knew which stage of repair we were at and what the hold ups were so I never felt out of the loop. The staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. When we got our van back, it looked brand new! I highly recommend this shop!

A few years ago my new truck was damaged in an accident. When I called my adjuster, he said I needed to get several estimates from different body shops and sent them to him. I told him I had a friend who owned a body shop and would like for him to fix it since I knew the quality of his work. The adjuster asked me which shop? I told him Langford Collision. I needed a minor body work repair. I went in for my quote, and they ended up repairing my vehicle while it waited! They were extremely fast, and the price was more than fair. On top of that everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. This will definitely be my go-to repair shop.

Greg at Langfords was awesome. I brought in my 2013 Honda Accord that was in serious need of some paint restoring. His crew buffed, waxed, and polished my car and it literally looked like new when they were done. You could really see the hard work and time they put into it. Best thing was the price was very reasonable.

Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully I didnt bother Liz too much, calling to check on progress of my repairs. She was patient with me and gave me regular updates by text. She got my rental set up for me, for which my wife and were very thankful.

Honest and fair with high quality work

Just took my car here for a minor repair (side mirror replacement). They were great. Fair price, done in under an hour (and only a couple of days after I had the estimate done), the work looks good as new. They also touched up the paint scrapes on my door from when I knocked the mirror off, which I never could have done if I had done the replacement myself. So Im a very happy customer and would highly recommend Langfords.

I am from Pennsylvania and was visiting in Indiana. A small run-in with a curb resulted in a very funny noise in my car. Was not comfortable making the drive home without it being checked. Langfords squeezed me in within an hour, did a thorough check and put my mind at ease. Thank you!

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. My insurance suggested I go here to get my car fixed. There was minor damage so I didnt figure it would take long to repair. I took my car there on a Monday, was told it would be finished on Thursday but Friday at the absolute latest. I called Thursday to check to see if it was done and then they tell me it will be finished Monday at the latest. I call Monday and they say it wont be finished until Wednesday and they would call me. Its Wednesday and I did not receive a call and when I tried to call them they were closed. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve so Im sure they will be closed until Monday so they will have had my car for two weeks when they initial said 4 days. There was zero communication they never called once it was always me calling them. They also never apologized about the delays. I would never recommend them to anyone.

AMAZING PEOPLE WHO BACK UP EVEN MORE AMAZING WORK!!!I came in late November/early December with heavy front end damage because I stupidly rear ended someone ONE MONTH before my leased car was due back at the dealership. Not only was there cosmetic damage but my frame got bent out of shape and the repair guys literally were going to have to take it completely apart and then put humpty dumpty back together again. So there I was, a broke, single mom who just did thousands of dollars of damage on a car that wasnt technically mine and the dealership needed it back in less than 30 days. Yeahhhhh not my finest hour. So I take it into Langfords for an estimate thinking, Here we go, I dont know a ton about cars so Im probably going to get screwed. But I dont have time to price shop between collision centers nor do I have the time to wait for what WAS my preferred mechanic.Thank everything that is holy that I was at least smart enough to take my car here. THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. Not only did they listen to my sob story that was my life then, but they genuinely wanted to help. After describing my timeline to Dustin, their estimator, he looks at me and basically says Challenge Accepted! I walked in their door in tears and left with the confidence that they not only could get this work done up to the dealership standards, but would get it done as fast as humanly possible. I come back to drop my car off with them on 12/5 (on my lunch break which they accommodated so I wouldnt have to adjust my work schedule) and they have the rental guy meet me there. It was seriously the most painless process I could have imagined.From there, I start the nail-biting wait time, hoping and praying that my car will be done by 12/23 so the dealership can have their leased car back. And wouldnt you know it, I get the call that it will be done on 12/23! I get the car picked up, it looks PERFECT! Seriously like-new. I take it straight to the dealership from Langfords and they had no idea there had ever been a scratch! Let alone over $4000 worth of damage. I was able to sell it back to them for no less than before the accident!! Talk about some QUALITY work!!!Not only are these people honest and hardworking, but they actually care what they put their name on. I will be coming here exclusively for all future work, no questions about it. And a big thank you to Rochelle for always being such a pleasure on the phone and to Dustin and Greg for being such patient, nice guys during my hour of need! Yall are amazing and I can not believe how lucky I am to have stumbled into this amazing team of people. Seriously doesnt get much better!!! Thank you!!!!!
