I recently started my monthly membership and Ive had a great experience so far. As soon as you walk in youre greeted by the staff, theres great lighting, very relaxed, and clean lobby.Taylor has been helping me set up my account as well as scheduling my sessions. She been great, very knowledgeable and helpful.For the most part Ive scheduled my appointments with Mitchell, hes amazing! Ive left feeling so much better after every session. I appreciate the feedback he gives me after every session regarding exercises or stretches to help me out.

Jordan was an amazing therapist. She fully understood my needs & satisfied it to the best of her ability. She was friendly, comforting & concerned about my well being. I wished I had found the place sooner. The reception staff were also very kind & helpful, especially Sybil. Thank you all. It was a relaxing experience, that I needed & thoroughly enjoyed! 🌺🌺

We have a monthly membership, Lisa and Jason are two of the best therapists there! The staff is always nice and will bend over backwards for you.

Wanga did an amazing job on my facial. Her customer services was on point. She made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the service. I typically don’t talk much during my relaxing therapeutic sessions, however, Wanga and I had some great discussions.

EDITED TO ADD: I reached out to the owner of this franchise and she responded to me quickly and refunded my money. She also mentioned that she would coach her staff through some of these scenarios I mentioned. Definitely appreciated that.My husband signed up for a membership and then informed them that he was moving out of state. The woman at the front desk said that the manager would call him to cancel the membership. She never did. So massage heights continued to draft money out of our account. He then had to call them and ask them to cancel. The manager asked for proof of relocation which we provided. BUT she REFUSED to refund the two months that they drafted after my husband requested a cancellation. Weve spoken to the manager multiple times and she continues to refuse to refund us the money. This is very aggravating. I would NOT recommend this place based solely on poor business practices and very poor customer service. Whats two months of membership in order to keep a customer? Apparently, not worth it. Id say they dont value their customers, go somewhere else.

I have been visiting Massage Heights monthly since September (I have the membership). I absolutely love every experience. I always book with Reed as he has the hands of a GOD! He always takes time to work out the areas that you find most needed. His voice is calming and he does an awesome job education and giving pointers after your session! The front desk staff is so welcoming and nice.

Let me tell you something about my experience; IT WAS AMAZING!!! Ms. Lisa, Super sweet Massage Therapist, worked on me! I went in knotted up and came out less lumpy.😊. Thank You for your service! It is needed!!!....My massage visit was a gift from My Niece! Love You CJ!.....The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and Very professional. They made me feel welcome and at ease?......I did not notice the name of the room I was in until I walked out the door; it was RESTORE! The LORD had that room open for me at that allotted time. Ive been asking GOD to restore me and HE is working it out.....To the Owner, you have a great group of ladies that were working while I was there; Thank you for hiring them! Ill Be Back. Could you hear Arnold Schwarzenegger when you read that?😀

Overall, the therapists were friendly and skilled, some better than others (when seeking a true deep tissue massage). It took me 3 weeks to get in contact with management to cancel my account which was extremely frustrating. I had called multiple times, left messages with no call back, and when I was able to get ahold of a human, they were not able to assist with cancellation, and I had to wait for management to call me back, even after being there in person, no one was able to help. I hope the communication piece can improve especially for regular paying members like myself who had been members over a year.

We called to book our appointment, but we were disappointed that they didnt offer the services from their website at that location...we called the other location and they only had facials very early morning...though we called 3 weeks in advance they were unable to get us both at the same time.... I just felt they were unorganized and that their website is not just confusing but misleading...

Friendly staff, knowledgeable massage therapists. I get the deep massage I need. The staff is welcoming. I havent been to any other massage places in Indianapolis and I dont feel a need to. Their online booking is very convenient. The membership they provide is worth it for anyone who wants at least 1 massage per month.

I had scheduled a couples massage for my husbands birthday and booked a hotel room in Indianapolis the night before our scheduled massage. Massage heights ironworks called me 20 minutes before our massage and said they had to cancel it but could reschedule for a few weeks out. We received a text a call to confirm our appointment the day before and everything, yet the could not give us more than 20 minutes notice that they could not complete our massages today.

Receptionist took great care of us getting the appointment set up. As far as the massage though- the worst I’ve ever had. For an 8pm appointment we were greeted by the therapists at 8:05, by the time we were on the tables getting massaged it was 8:15. After we were finished and fully dressed, the time was 8:59- so count on getting maybe 40min of massage time not 60min. My wife enjoyed her therapist, as for mine, he did nothing more than rub some lotion on my skin- I guess I paid for a moisturizing session not a massage. We were return customers after having a good first experience. Won’t be returning again.

Went in as a first time user and had a very bad massage. Did not work on my problem areas for any real time at all and spent most of the time on my shoulder which ended up hurting as a result. The manager told me they could not refund me any money given it was an introductory rate. That makes no sense. She instead offered me another discounted rate massage, not even a complimentary one. This is not what I wanted at all as I live out of state. Dont go here, better places for the money and people who actually willing to solve any issues you may have.

We had a great couples massage for our anniversary! The facility was clean and everyone was very friendly. It was a bit chilly and our one hour massage was actually short by almost 10 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we had a great experience.

The location is really neat and the front lobby is always very clean. The massage therapists are very professional and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. But during the checkout process, all of your relaxation abruptly ends.The checkout process is terrible; there’s very poor communication and you are practically bullied until you leave the premises to sign up for some kind of membership. My massages are always a rare treat being a busy working mom. This was not an acceptable answer as they kept shoving brochures, pricing info, and counterarguments at me.Never come here if you don’t intend on signing up for some sort of membership. All of the peace you had gained during your massage will be shattered before you leave the building.

Had an excellent deep tissue massage and the therapist was great at finding tension spots and working them out!

I did not utilize their services but will do so. I had an emergency and the staff allowed me to wait in the lobby. The employees continued to check on me and the front desk women were great. They used mindfulness to help me through a panic attack. Today I learned news I friend died and these employees were amazing!

1st time in was to appease my wife. I asked the therapist to stay away from my left shoulder because of pain. Thats right where he went. He asked me questions as he worked gently but intentionally. Afterwards I had pain relief that I hadnt had in quite some time. It only lasted about 24 hours. Went back 2 weeks later and saw Kem again and this time he manipulated my shoulder and was able to get me range of motion that I had given up on. As of this review Im 3 days after the massage and my shoulder feels good and the range of motion is still there. All that to say Im a regular client of Massage Heights now and Kem is my therapist of choice. Im excited to think that I might actually get to do bench press again.

Our first appointment was cancelled due to the therapist having a medical emergency. But they took care of us for our next appointment. Everyone was very friendly and we even walked out with a 12 month subscription.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I will most definitely be returning, they really take care of you here. I’ve never experienced the level of consolation the provided that helps to make your massage truly customized to best fit your needs. Geri was the first men I’ve ever been massaged by and he was amazing! Could definitely tell he works with athletes. High recommend massage heights. Also to other men who have never been massage by another male, Geri is your guy !

The store itself is warm and welcoming, clean and neat. The staff was very friendly but I felt were a little pushy with the sales packages which is off-putting to me. Overall, their prices are much higher than similar places with as good or even better services. I likely will not return to MH.

I have a monthly massage membership here and I genuinely believe that this might be the best $50 I spend every month. I have never had a bad experience. They will cut into your massage time if you arrive late, so arrive a little early, especially on your first visit. Beca does an amazing job, but I could say good things about every masseuse I’ve had. This is a great way to treat yourself and I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

PROS: The location is super convenient to my home, its clean, the membership pricing is good/standard to other places Ive been, and I love my regular therapist, Rebecca.CONS: This place is run so poorly. The lobby staff are pretty unprofessional, super pushy with memberships and add-ons, they dont send you any details of your membership (Im on my second one and honestly dont know the rules/didnt even sign anything my second time around), and their system is constantly screwing up my membership information. When I canceled my first membership I told them in person 3 times, emailed twice and was still charged again for my membership - then they called to ask me why I was cancelling twice more. This second time I got charged twice for two memberships and had to call to fix that. And about every other time I go in they try to tell me I dont have available credits when I know I do, and when they double check it always turns out Im right.Honestly would not go here if it werent for the convenience and Rebecca.

I came for the first time last fall and am a member, even though I usually go to one of the other locations because Ive encountered several issues at this one.I agree with some other reviews here about how pushy they are about their memberships and add-ons. Thats the only reason why Im a member (speaking of which, I will be canceling that soon).Its also why a friend got roped into one because they didnt honor a special promotion. She had gotten a massage at a Massage Heights in Fishers, and when she was visiting me, we wanted to do a spa day, so she called to make an appointment for herself. She told the lady that she had been to another location before, didnt sign up for a membership, and it would be her first time at the Ironworks location. She asked if she would have to pay full price for the massage or if she would get the first-time massage rate. The woman told her that they could do it as a courtesy and give her the first-time rate for her massage.Flash forward to the day of our appointment, they reneged on the special rate. We were given a bunch of excuses about how it isnt allowed, having to pay therapists, etc. While I understand company policy, we were given information that was false and they didnt take responsibility for that. I really dont feel that it was my friends fault - she was honest about having been to the Fishers MH and asked if Ironworks would give her a discounted rate. And once they realized their mistake, they didnt honor the discount or offer anything to ease the blow. Maybe dont have your front desk girls answer calls and talk with customers if theyll just make false promises?My friend ended up having to buy a full-price package in order to keep her appointment. She wasnt happy about that because Massage Heights is sneaky about memberships and she would have to pay a membership fee if she didnt use up her credits before a certain date or something confusing like that. She felt like she got baited and switched and refuses to go back to another Massage Heights because of this.The massages here are fine. However, Ive had experiences with a few therapists where they come out to get me past my appointment time, then leave for a much longer than necessary amount of time for me to de-robe and get onto the massage table, and sometimes end the session at least 10 minutes before the time is up. Now, I understand that regardless of wherever I go, time will be taken out of my 60 or 90 minute massage to de-robe at the beginning and to get dressed at the end. But the late start, extra long re-robe/change time, and the premature end to the massage usually adds up to at least 15-20 minutes. So please tell me, why am I paying for 90 minutes if Im really only getting about 75 minutes? I do feel cheated in this sense whenever I work with those particular therapists.Ive been to both of the other locations, which are fine. I didnt buy my membership there, so no complaints about pushy salespeople and Ive never brought guests to those locations, so not sure if theyd operate as irresponsibly as the one in Ironworks.

Havent gotten a better massage in this city. Very upper echelon feel which matches the quality of the message you receive. Membership pricing is also great for common massage goers.

This place was wonderful. The masousse was respectful and courteous. He did the perfect amount of pressure and checked often to make sure I was ok. The aromatherapy was so refreshing. I went in tense and came out feeling great. He also told me things I needed to work on to loosen certain areas up. I cant wait to go back and I highly recommend trying this place. I promise you wont regret it.

Worst place I’ve ever been to and I’ve had the chance to work here as well, and can honestly say the management is horrible as can be, they don’t care about you and they lie about soo much ! The therapist are soo wonderful, but all it takes is the rude management and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth ! Would not recommend ever !

The massage therapist was good, great environment/rooms, but I wont be back here.I took my best friend there for a birthday massage. They knew that I was there for one time and not looking for an ongoing membership, made it clear verbally and on the application. After my massage they attempted to usher me right into scheduling another one because the massage therapist recommended seeing her again, and they made it awkward to say no.Then I got a follow up call after a few days. Then another one a couple weeks later. Its a little thing, but it annoyed me a lot. The two other places Ive been for massages do not harass their clients this way, and I really appreciate them for it.

I went in to find some relief from a week long headache and although I wasnt completely healed from it ( I wasnt expecting to), I found a great place to get my massages from here on out. My therapist, Jason, really listened to me and did all he could to help me with my pain and even gave me great advice on how to help deal with the pain while at home. I signed up for the membership and have been in several times since my original visit and I absolutely love it! Ask for Jason!!!!! He is amazing

I came into today for a massage and was immediately greeted and well taken care of by Sarah. This place is so relaxing from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I recieved a 90 minute massage with Ashley... She listened to exactly what I needed and delivered!! Her pressure was absolutely perfect and was so kind and professional. I have already recommended Ashley to a couple of family members. Products used were amazing and the warm table is sooo cozy with their silk-like linens. Did not sign up for a member ship today, but I did book a facial for next week! Very impressed!

Clean space. Massages and facials are both very good. I saw Rebecca each time and loved her. I went with a Groupon and ended up purchasing a 6-month membership which is fairly priced. My only complaint is that they constantly have issues with their online system. They were always trying to charge me for things I’d already paid for or told me I didn’t have available credits to use when I did. And this month they charged me again for my membership after I canceled last month (which I gave advance notice twice in person and once in writing as I was suppose to, and they still didn’t cancel the membership) so I had to deal with that this morning. I’ll be back but make sure you’re aware of what things should cost with them.

The staff was awesome and the massage therapist (Jason) was the best. I was allowed to pick my scent. Afterwards he gave tips of stretches I could do at home to help. My complaint is that its a members club so they want u to sign a commitment although The price was reasonable

It was my first time getting a massage. The crew and staff were very professional and to the point. Definitely recommended!!

Got an hour couples massage for my girlfriend and me for our anniversary. Arrived 20 minutes early, wasn’t seen until 10 minutes after our appointment, waited another 10 minutes while they gave us time to disrobe, with a total massage time of 37 minutes. The massage itself was a disappointment: it felt lazy and distracted. On more than one occasion, I asked politely for more pressure, yet I continually found her lightly resting her hand on X part of my body doing what felt like nothing. Lastly, though I am not certain because I didn’t see a phone, my masseuse was very lightly massaging my shoulder with one hand, and I heard what sounded like finger nails taping a phone screen above my head. Maybe she was chewing her nails or something. My girlfriend thought her massage was okay. The staff in the front was incredibly pleasant and certainly set high expectations that the masseuses themselves failed to meet. Best of luck if you get a massage here.
