The apartments are nice looking, however once you move in you find out that the amenities they say you have you really dont. There is supposed to be access to a workout room, however its always locked, there is supposed to be access to a bathroom which again they keep locked. There is supposed to be access to a computer room which again is always locked. And these are items that are in the community room. The building is infested with bed bugs, which is dont make since you have to pay to have your apartment treated if the people around you dont treat theres, they just go from apartment to apartment. Also a tenant has a master key to open everything in the community room which she shouldnt have. So if your not her friend she wont open things for you. And my question would be why does a tenant have a key in the first place. The staff is there maybe one to two days a week if they show up at all. Maintenance is only there when the office is open. These are the things they dont tell you before they get your money. You turn in maintenance request and they do them when they feel like it. I could go on and on but I will just leave it here.
The first year of year of tenancy was pleasant and challenging in that I had to make major adjustments in my life. Biggest challenge was transportation. The next two years became a living nightmare for myself and several other residents. Stetson website is not at all what it truly is; just a building with no assistance from stagg when ever theyre there. It took 2 months to get light bulb changed. Need I say more? Just remember Seniors lives matter and should be treated assuch.
Nice roomy, quite, clean, non intrudent personal, secured off street parking ... ♿ 👍 😊
