Product is packed well. but took 11 days with no shipping emails or notice that order was completed. Called number listed on Google with no answer and could not leave message because it was full. No response to several emails either. After reading other bad reviews of people not getting product I thought I had been scammed, so I reported to the bank. Got package two days later. Horrible (zero) communication from this company. Simply acknowledging my order, phone calls or emails would have saved me a lot of stress and hassle.

2 weeks later my $200 order is still awaiting fulfillment even though they have taken payment. No one has answered the phone even though I have called 3 times a day for a week. And there seems to be no way to cancel my order without getting ahold of anyone, it seems I got scammed out of $200.

Updating review to reflect that I received my order. Communication needs a significant amount of improvement. I was eventually able to get in contact with the owner via twitter (after doing some investigating). He was very nice and apologized for the delay in my order (no update on progress of shipment after 7 days). He fixed the problem immediately and I received my order the 11th day after placing it initially. I was afraid I had been scammed at first due to lack of communication and the inability to get in contact via telephone or e-mail. Materials are great, but logistics and communication are a headache.

Ive been waiting 10 days on my order and havent received any shipping info or anything. Tried to call company, no answer. Emailed, no reply.
