Quick and efficient at getting back to us and getting a quote on a big job

I was referred to Reliable Remodeling by a friend, and needed to 1) remodel my guest house 2) remove old carpets and replace it with wooden floors. David and Tom was took the project and came back with the bid I felt comfortable with. They finished this two projects pretty fast. Their workers were polite and very skillful. Both David and Tom communicated well from start to finish. I am very pleased with their job. The result is stunning! I will def call them again.

I was referred to this company by a former co-worker. I called to inquire about some updating I wanted to do in my home. The young woman I spoke with was quite rude and lacked customer service skills. I believe her name was Brandy. Its my understanding that this company does excellent work but they need better representation on the phone.

We got connected with Reliable Remodeling for our master bath remodel. They were AMAZING from the first contact to the last contact. Every person was professional, friendly and patient (with my insanity). They were willing to work with us, by letting us do some of the work (such as demo). People were in touch with us every step of the way. The bathroom is baeautiful (so beautiful I’m going to be living in the shower)!! I would 1000% use them again and would recommend Reliable to anyone and everyone! LOVE them and look forward to using them again when we have another remodel project.

We hired Reliable Remodeling for our MBA shower renovation. We had our old unit removed & a new tile shower installed. Every step of the entire process was wonderful, with Reliable. Everyone who came to work on our job did a great job doing what they did; worked well together; worked hard to keep our house clean (for example, used canvas drop cloth from the front door to MBA); communicated well with me about how the process was going; did their work on schedule; & followed county inspection procedures properly;. The price for the job was competitive & the finished shower looks amazing. We would definitely recommend Reliable Remodeling to others & have done so, already & we would definitely hire them again. The remodeling my kitchen and part of the mud room... Nice guys and a definite improvement on the 1st set of lowes contractors... but very overpriced based on the end result... didn’t bother putting in the heat register below the kitchen sink just left a gaping hole... paint droplets everywhere on my granite and deck... screws sticking out of walls... pencil markings on all the cabinets from doing measurements... just subpar... I believe they are over worked but the customer shouldn’t pay for that... and the company has high turnover in the office...
