Well its a place to get tires, right?Thats right Its a place to get tires. But i can honestly tell you that you will not find another tire place with the kind of customer service this place has. CJ is absolutely the best to deal with. Talk about someone who tiks all the boxes, polite, honest, helpful, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable. Wow, all that rolled up into one person must be a pretty good guy. Well he is, and you can find out for yourself if you come here to get tires or something done to your car. This place gets two thumbs and 5 stars from me.

I came into the store to have 3 tires put on my car..I had the back passenger tire and the two front tires .. these guys put on the front tires with out balancing them causing my car to shake in the front. I didn’t bring my car back for them to work on it because I don’t trust a tire shop that doesn’t know to balance the front tires especially when they are low profile 20s, to me that is a significant poor work. I called and talk to the store manager Don and he didn’t seem to care too much, so if you go to MR Tire in Indian Trail make sure to check their work or beware.

Great customer service! They went above and beyond to fix my tire and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to do so. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The drive card membership service that is being offered for ease of payment seems bogus or fraudulent . Several customer including me applied, were not turned down but didnt get qualified for the card and the person on the phone couldnt explain why. Many customer are disappointed in the drive card offer.

The gentlemen at Mr Tire were all great, very helpful and fast service even though I called in last minute, they were able to get me in.Thanks a bunch!!

Only deals offered on new tires are if you sign up with their in store credit card. Why are you forcing consumers to open more credit? What a joke.Also make sure you ask them what tire warranties cover. They will gladly up sell you to a “better” tire and use the mileage warranty to show you how long it will last. Clicking on the warranty information just says “with proper care and maintenance.” I get my tires rotated at oil changes and if something breaks but the sales guy tells me you have documented alignment done and rotations multiple times a year, etc.I bought two tires that had a 65000 warranty and after driving on highways to work for three years and just over 40k miles I’m out of luck! Will Mr. Tire help? Of course not. They blame Goodyear fine print even though they do not show anything specific on their own website.Scam! Don’t buy from them (yes warranties are the same no matter where you buy but find a place that will be up front with you and not up sell you based on lies).They do get 2 stars because they did the work quickly and at a fair price (had an oil change and alignment).

The manager at this location was very polite and welcoming when I first entered the store. I felt as though the manager and supporting staff members actually cared about my car and were not just trying to get as much money from me as possible. I am a frequent customer and each time the manger never fails to provide great conversation and great service. The prices are fair and the detailed conversation about my car is a big help since I am not very knowledgeable about the car industry. Overall, the service at this location is well above average, the manager makes my waiting experience all the better.

Being a woman, I always hate taking my car someone to have something checked on it. But the guys at Mr. Tire have always made me comfortable with their services. They’ve always taken care of my car and never tried to up-sale or rip me off. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I recently came in here (my first visit) because I needed a new battery for my car. A very nice gentleman (so sorry, don’t remember the name. I know it began with an M!!) replaced it for me and he also was kind enough to put air in my tires since my tire pressure was low. Mark was who greeted me and took care of me. Mark was very professional and also super friendly! Not to mention they took every precaution to limit any spread of Covid-19. Due to the outstanding customer service I received, I will be coming back here from now on!

Needed my rear brakes fixed and they were very fast and clean. Since then I have been back numerous times and always receive remarkable service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having car troubles or questions!

If you want your vehicle returned with lugnuts securely attached DO NOT GO to the Indian Trail, NC Mr. Tire. Customer service was non-existent. My husband and I drove 75mph on the interstate with loose bolts on ALL four tires as document by the Nissan Dealership that I took the vehicle too for what I thought was a mechanical issue. Never dreamed it was the incompetence of the oil change location I had been using for years. They refuse to make it right and this reflects on their new manager.

Excellent service and amazing workers. A must stop for anyone needing any type of service done on their vehicle, no matter the kind. I’m very grateful and thankful for everything they did for me tonight.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. CJ took great care of us. We had a flat tire on US 74 that needed repair. He quickly got us checked in and let us know about how long we would have to wait. The place was pretty busy at the time but he was courteous and professional with us and all the other customers. The damage was more extensive than we expected and the tire had to be replaced. Another tech had to be called in to complete the work without damaging the rim. CJ let us know instead of proceeding and ruining the finish on our rims. APPRECIATED THAT SO MUCH! This was the best service we’ve ever received by far. CJ is an asset to that location. We were complete strangers from out of town and were not expecting to be treated so well. Thank you so much.

Called over at 4PM to ask if they can replace a tire valve stem for my daughters car. CJ told me to bring it on up before 5 and they will take care of it. I already had the tire off the car so I brought it over and CJ knocked it out in less than 10 minutes and did NOT charge me. WOW!! My first time doing business here and I think I will be back. I took 2 cars in for oil change and tire rotations. Both left with empty windshield wiper fluid holders and low tire pressures. After the first one I specifically asked that they check certain things when I went in with the second one. The second car didnt have windshield fluid and had low tire pressures too. When I brought it up they said their tire pressure gauge probably needed batteries and calibration. The quotes given to me for other work like replacing the tire pressure monitors in the tires and replacing differential fluids were significantly more expensive than others, like a dealer. Also, I wanted regular oil put in one of the cars and was told their computer system would only allow them to sell synthetic oil for that car (a Subaru). So it went from a $40ish oil change to an $88 oil change because their computer system forces them to do it that way. Really! After the first car I thought Id give it a try with another car, to give them the benefit of the doubt. They failed 2 times in a row.

A great bunch guys at Mr. Tire at Indian Trial. They have been taking care all of my vehicles since Mr. Tire bought out Clark Tire. Mark - GM and Kevin always insure I get what is needed in keeping my Caddy at top touch repair & performance. I pretty much live on the road and depend 100% on the work they perform on my car to get me there and back. Therefore, it is key to who I choose to insure my safety. I always recommend this location to my friends knowing that these two guys will do the best for their customers and company. I see it as a Win/Win which doesn’t get much better than this. Lastly it gives me peace of mind knowing you have multiple facilities throughout the States I Drive. Thanks......

Ive been a long time customer of these guys, and I must say Ive always gotten the best service from them, for an always very reasonable price. The gentleman who works the front desk, Mark, is always very helpful and all around just a nice dude. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I called these guys in a panic when I got a flat tire on a road trip. They were able to get me in, get a new tire, plus an oil change. More importantly, they were so friendly and made me feel at ease. Hopefully Im never in this situation again, but if I am I know where Im going!

Mark was great and very thorough. He took the time to show me where my tires were put on backwards and how to tell the difference based on labels explicitly written on the tires. I wont mention who put these tires on blast. They found other things wrong but did not push to sell me the needed fixes. He was very professional but not pushy. Even though he juggles a lot in the front office. I will bring other cars I own there also.

Scheduled an appointment online for next day. Came in to get new tires. Mark at the front took care of me right away and showed me different costs for the services I needed. Told me 1.5 to 2 hours wait and was right at 90mins when the car was ready. Great service for my first time here. Will be back!

Absolutely atrocious customer experience with this company. My cars engine was overheating so I took it too this location. After about a day of them looking at it they said it was fine. I picked up the vehicle and drove it home. The next day when I drove it too work the engine started leaking water. After taking a look under the hood I also noticed some chunky blue residue on the battery. So I took the vehicle to this location again. They said nothing was wrong and I had to tell them at least three separate times to clean the battery. They did clean the battery. After about a week the engine started leaking again. So I once again took the vehicle to this location. They finally figured out the problem was a busted radiator. So I left the vehicle with them for a week. After that week they charged me four hundred dollars for the entire repair. Not only that but they also disabled my air conditioning. I noticed that both of these things were not right so I tried to get some compensation from the location in question. They did not compensate me for either of these mistakes. A proper repair and one thousand dollars later, all I can say is dont take your vehicle to this business.

Stopped in for emergency tire replacement.Mark, who was very nice, did perform great customer service. However, the incorrect tire was placed on vehicle (in correct speed rating) CRVs require identical tires - they were not educated on this. Also, the tire placed on my car looked slightly worn, and my wheel locks were slightly damaged. They did issue a refund on the tire, and I appreciate Mark’s helpfulness, however, always go to your dealer.

Awesome service!Mark was behind the counter today. Despite running operations solo, phones ringing, customers waiting, etc., he gave each customer his undivided attention. He took the time to check each tire after removing a screw that thankfully did not puncture my tire.

Had a great experience here the other day! We had a flat tire for a veloster turbo. They knew exactly what had happened (we had a good idea that the side wall of the tire had been pierced and cause a flat tire). They pinned it down to exactly that, very knowledgeable about the type of repairs they offered and they had the more specialty tire that we needed. In and out and ready to go to work in time within 45 minutes. Customer service was excellent and they have very helpful staff if you need assistance or have questions. I will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for being so prompt and helpful to us!
